Delta Downs is approximately 35 miles from my house, so I called to ensure that they had snow crab legs before driving all the way out there as it was the crab legs that I was wanting. The receptionist said that they did in fact have crabs on the buffet. When we arrived, we learned that you have to pay for a buffet and only then can you BUY the snow crab legs separately for nearly 14 dollars extra per pound! The buffet did not have a very large variety to choose from and the food was less than mediocre. Everything I had was very bland and not very well seasoned at all. I have to say that I do not intend to return to the Triple Crown Buffet any time soon…

I was at first disappointed when I saw the selection, but after getting a plate full of really delicious food, I was very happy eating here. The gravy for the mashed potatoes reminded of some I had as a kid that I would try to tell my husband about for a few years. He now knows just how good it is. He had the pork tenderloin and that was really good too. I would definitely eat here again.

I have eaten here several time but I went Sept. 23 2018 . The food was horrible it was cold and dried out. No lettuce on salad bar selection was slim. The worst I’ve ever seen it. Told the manager but she just blew it off and went and fixed a plate and told me this food Is hot which it was barely warm. For 20.00 not worth it. So all I ate was ice cream the best thing there………… They would not refund our money. Girl in the front just kept saying I’m sorry .

We ate here for our anniversary. Didn’t have much on the buffet line. I had some type of grilled chicken with tomatoes and onions. Fairly good taste but something was wrong with it. Food poison is never pleasant. Too high price for quality of food.

Not impressed at all. Asked for rare prime rib and got the most well done, too tough to chew piece of meat. Baked potato was not quite done. And the fixings for it were difficult to find. Other vegetables were too done, or not done enough and most everything was cold. Way too overpriced for the quality of the food. Disappointing

Everything look pretty but the quality of the food was horrible. when my waitress asked me was everything okay I expressed to her how dissatisfied I was with the taste of the food. At that time the chef had come into the buffet area and she asked him to speak with me. I relate to him that I was unimpressed with the taste of the buffet appointed out specific items that I tried and I was not pleased. I also asked him did he taste the food. He seemed a little bit disturbed by my comments but when you’re paying as much for a buffet and can’t eat anything on it somebody needs to know about it.

It was not very good. The salad bar was not was not filled up. Bean and sausage was dry and hard. The dessert was empty. The blue berry cobbler was dry and hard. We have stopped eating there because of the bad food. we thought sunday we would try again.

The staff was extremely nice. The food quality not that great. The buffet had very few selections. The ground beef for the crunchy tacos was salty, the was no shrimp , nor crawfish (other than the crawfish etouffee [which was awful]).

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service! Twice I’ve been there and been charged to sit in the grandstand ($5 no big deal), and no one brought us drinks, I had to get up the whole time to get refills and no one cleared our plates. I said something to one of the floor managers and she finally got our waitress. The waitress came down with an attitude and told us we didn’t pay to sit in the grandstands, so I went back and paid the five dollars and told the people upfront what was going on and they told the manager. The manager addressed the situation, and guess what? We just sat there for 35 minutes with no drinks again. They better have taken a picture if they want to see me there again. If you’re going to spend $80, you might as well go to the lookout steakhouse upstairs where they actually give you satisfactory customer service.

Seafood was great, especially the crab legs. Good variety on the salad bar. Needs more food choices for the rest of the buffet. Wide variety of desserts. The price is way too expensive. 80 dollars for two people to eat.
