To start off as soon as you walk in the restaurant you get this sense of comfortable elegance. The staff is incredibly friendly including the owner who is one of the coolest/nicest business owners I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. For a drink we got a strawberry lemonade which was freshly squeezed and DELICIOUS. We got three appetizers which were the roasted bone marrow, truffle fries, and marinated steak skewers. All were delicious, the steak had this delicious house made mustard, the basil aioli with the fries was amazing, but my personal recommendation is the bone marrow. It comes with house made sourdough and the bone marrow itself is perfectly savory and salty setting the tone for a great meal. My girlfriend and I got the grilled bone-in pork chop and the pan seared red fish as entrees. Highlight of the night was the pork chop and the perfect cherry mostarda. Not to discount the corn that comes under the pork chop which could be a whole meal itself the corn is buttery and peppery and pair well with the pork chop. And finally, to end the night, do not forget dessert. Normally I don’t eat desserts at restaurants but your experience here would not be complete without the apple butter cheesecake. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a luxurious but affordable food experience in the area!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Trios. The staff is top notch- literally if I named all my favorites it would take up the whole space. The food is fantastic and never disappoints. The owners work hard to make sure everyone feels welcomed and appreciated! You can tell they really love what they do! If you haven’t been- you are definitely missing out! A hidden gem in the delta! Love the vibe with the local art on the walls & pride flag behind the bar. The food was fabulous! I had the BLT & brussel sprouts. My Guy had the shrimp poboy & we were both at peace! We will be back!

We went back to give Trio’s another try after hearing they had new ownership. The restaurant atmosphere is so lovely and the food was delicious! Staff was kind, attentive, and quick. The owner even chatted with us. We love the revamp and will be back!

We had an incredible dining experience here! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Our waiter, Jewels, provided excellent service—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
A special shout-out to Alex, the owner, who truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. Alex made sure to bring my grandmothers waffle out personally. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and their experience.

Trio’s is quickly becoming my favorite spot in Ruston! The owners are so nice and intentional with the care of their customers! The atmosphere is chill yet sophisticated!! And the steak salad is my favorite dish but I have liked everything I have tried! And don’t forget their seasonal desserts! This place really does check all the boxes for a good time!

Just stopped at Trio’s for a quick lunch on my way to Austin, and it’s an absolute must if you’re in the area. The food was amazing, and the drinks are a must-try—especially their signature cocktails, which were out of this world. I had the redfish tacos, and they did not disappoint. The staff were incredibly welcoming and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. If you’re ever nearby—or even if you have to go a little out of your way you won’t regret it.

My family recently dined here and we were blown away! The hospitality was top notch. Two of the owners, Alex and Chase treated us like family, and took time to speak with us about various dishes, cocktails and wine. These guys know what they’re doing!
The entire meal was perfect start to finish. We tried a lot of different items on the menu (all delicious!), but my personal favorite was the bone in pork chop entree. I’ve had pork chop many places, and I have to say the Trio’s version is the best I’ve had.
I also loved the atmosphere. I found the local art displayed very charming, giving it a real hometown feel. Great location, plenty of parking, great vibes from this place. We can’t wait to go back!

We were the annoying party…14 total with 6 kids, no call ahead. We were in town for a Tech and wanted lunch before heading out on a Sunday. We were seated immediately. Service was great. Food was amazing! My kid got chicken and waffles and I was jealous and should have gotten it too, it was that good! We had a good variety off the menu and no one had negatives to say. We will definitely be coming back.
