Bulk and readily available beers. The best thing about this bar are that they have a couple dart boards and one pool table. Also a lot of TVs with sports. If you’re a Chicago sports fan this is your place. The flags are pinned to the ceiling.

Staff is terrible and ruins the experience. Classic New York dive bar for sure but they don’t act like it. The crowd is great but the staff is absolutely lackluster. Bartenders are visibly freaking out and making customers feel like they’re bothering them ordering drinks. The owner does not know how to handle a big game day. On multiple occasions they have failed to deliver. I don’t usually write reviews but at some point it’s too much.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Our experience was nothing short of a disaster and a complete waste of our family’s time.
The day before our intended visit, we specifically went to the restaurant to inquire about bringing our children. We were unequivocally told by a staff member that no reservations were possible and that we should just show up, assuring us that kids were allowed as long as we get a table.
Fast forward to today, we arrived as instructed, excited for a family outing. Imagine our shock and anger when we were abruptly stopped at the door and informed that the bar was “fully booked” (funny, considering they don’t take reservations, right?) and, even more infuriatingly, that kids were not allowed.
When we explained what we had been told the previous day, the staff member (a different one, of course) callously dismissed it, stating that the person who gave us that information “was not right” and that we had to leave. No apology, no attempt to rectify their blatant miscommunication, just a cold shoulder.
This level of disorganization and misinformation is unacceptable. To be explicitly told one thing and then have the rug pulled out from under you the next day, especially when children are involved and looking forward to it, is incredibly frustrating. It’s clear that the staff are not on the same page, and the customer ultimately pays the price for their incompetence.
Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment. There are plenty of other establishments in the area that actually value their customers and know how to communicate basic policies. We will never be returning to this place
and will be strongly advising everyone we know to steer clear. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever encountered
