So I ordered two Domino’s pizzas with two toppings at $7.99 each which was a good deal.
The pizzas were good…. The only issue I had was I asked the person on the phone could I have napkins and Parmesan sauce… He said yes but I didn’t get it…. Neither did I get a receipt… Other than that the pizzas tasted good my granddaughter she was happy with her Pizza which was a cheese pizza and I also order a pepperoni and sausage pizza which was good as well…… That’s why I gave them a four star instead of a five star….. I automatically assumed I would get a receipt and I did ask for napkins and parmesan cheese, I got neither one

Slow to get service, took 3 people to figure out a coupon, still wasn’t correct. Complained to manager, said he’d made 30 pies, thought part of management was to satisfy the customer. Overall poor experience, didn’t honor a nationallly advertised coupon.

UPDATE: I called again at 7:04 PM, the manager said that the driver is 3 minutes away… it is 7:28 and still no pizza. Two and a half hours is not an appropriate time to wait. The order was canceled on the app so now I can’t even submit a claim through the insurance program. This store should not stay open.
UPDATE 2: The manager apparently had the delivery driver return to the store, so I never got the order. These guys are incompetent.
I placed my order at 4:53 PM, it is now 6:53 PM as I’m typing this and I still haven’t gotten my order. I called the store at 6:24 to ask about the status of the order, and the employee said something about it being a carry out order. After informing her that it was in fact a delivery order through the app, she told me the driver was on the way and gave the excuse of “we just got really busy and are short on drivers”. I also haven’t gotten an update on the app since 5:18 when my order was “in the oven”.
I live less than 10 minutes away from the store, it should not take 2 hours to get a pizza. If you forgot about my order just say so.

The main thing that compels me to give this review is that even with the staff being busy with several other orders, they still took the time to go above and beyond and did a really nice design on the top of my pizza. I was very impressed. Normally that’d be an upcharge. I showed all my coworkers. Thank you for taking the time to make my order unique and not just another pizza.

I called to place a delivery order. Received my order 32 minutes late and incorrect not only was it incorrect. It was also burnt have recently tried to contact the location about this 58 minutes with no return call or phone answered. Is this what kinda service we offer at this location ?? Ordered at 7:27, pizza out of the oven at 7:58. At 9 PM, I decided to call and ask where the pizza was since it hadn’t been delivered. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes between myself and my wife, I decided to just drive to the store and cancel my order (knowing that it had been out of the oven for over an hour). I arrived at the store around 9:25ish and didn’t get greeted until I said out loud that I wanted to cancel my order. Meanwhile, the phone was ringing off the hook and no one was answering it (heard “dang, that’s the third time they have called”). I canceled the order and told them to check the delivery driver’s bags to make sure that my order wasn’t in there. They said it wasn’t. When I pulled into my apartment complex, I noticed that I was behind the driver. On top of that, they decided to park in my only reserved parking spot. I told the driver to move their car and that I was just in the store canceling my order and that I did not want it. Overall, it was an extremely painful experience. Over two hours and no food. It was obvious that the staffing situation wasn’t great but a piece of advice… Answer the phone when someone calls your business. That would have saved a lot of time for everyone involved.

Consistent problems with this location, they are nearly always late getting orders out and on more than one occasion the driver has marked things delivered when they were not. They have forgotten drinks as well.
They need to step up their game, this sort of failure is usually due to there not being enough staff and that staff not having an enticing enough salary to actually have them interested in staying.
Pay the folks here a good wage and hire enough to meet demand.

Avoid this place like the plague. After waiting what initially was supposed to be a 1 hour delivery time, turned into 2.5 hours only for the driver to deliver the order at the wrong address. The order was canceled. Would not order from this location again.
