Trindy’s Cafe in Kincaid Towers is a nice spot for breakfast in downtown Lexington. They do short order breakfast options. I had 2 eggs over easy, home fries and a biscuit for about 8 bucks. Who needs more for breakfast? Well, if you do, you are in luck because Trindy’s also serves omlettes, pastries, different meats, pancakes and more. My eggs were perfectly cooked, the potatos had a nice crisp and the biscuit was soft and buttery. They serve lunch as well. Next time I am up that way, I will stop in and try an omlette.

I was at a conference in the Hilton and decided to go to this restaurant. It is conveniently located across the walking bridge in Kincaid Towers. I got the chicken salad sandwich with Pasta Salad and the chicken salad sandwich did not disappoint. It has a great combination of flavors. The service was also very friendly and fast.

Wonderful and affordable breakfast. Accessible via sky bridge from either Hyatt or Hilton. I enjoyed the French toast and Egg and Cheese Biscuit….both were great!

Nice breakfast spot! We stayed at the Hyatt Regency and walked across the skybridge to Trindy’s. It’s a hidden gem. You can carry-out or there is seating available inside.

I was in downtown Lexington for an event at Rupp and the convention center and stopped there for some lunch. AMAZING food! you can call its high quality and cook to order too. Prices are reasonable if located in the suburbs but really cheap for a “downtown establishment.” Service was amazing too, very friendly staff who happen to be the co-owners. oh and service sizes were very generous as well! If you’re ever in downtown Lexington, I highly recommend this place!

We used their food truck at my Daughter’s wedding and it was absolutely amazing! Such a wide variety of food and they did not skimp on portion sizes! Service was great, wonderful communication, and everyone at the wedding bragged on them! Highly recommend them for your next event!

Went there a couple times while in Lexington for a UK basketball game about a year ago. They have a great selection of snacks, breakfast, and lunch, and desserts, as well as a great drink selection. Would definitely recommend if you are staying at the Hyatt Regency hotel across the skywalk.

What a gem! I was staying at one of the hotels that connects to Kincaid Towers, and I happened upon this place just as they were opening the doors for breakfast (about 7:45am, though online orders can be placed after 7:30am). I stopped in and am so glad I did! Got a breakfast biscuit sandwich–SO GOOD and the price was just right!

Decided to come back and try the lunch menu, and they did not disappoint. Got the French dip sandwich with onion rings, it was so tasty that I had eaten it up before I thought to take a photo. Portions were generous, food was hot and tasty. Again, very reasonably priced.

It was steadily busy the whole time I was eating, both with online pickups and in-restaurant orders, but the kitchen kept up well and I didn’t see anyone wait more than a couple minutes. For food this good, it’s definitely worth that little bit of time. Obviously a local favorite, and I can see why! They even have weekly specials to keep things fresh. Don’t look any further, go try this place! (Unless it’s Saturday or Sunday…then go cry because you don’t get to experience this fantastic secret, since it’s only open on weekdays.)

Best breakfast sandwich ever. I had an English muffin with bacon and egg which is a special order sandwich. It was perfect! I will go for lunch as well!

We used Trindy’s for our work Christmas luncheon and the food was hot and delicious! Everyone enjoyed all of the food, but their favorite was the turkey. It was so tender and moist. All of the food was delicious. Everyone had plenty to take home as well.
