Salad was great as always. Should have just gotten soup and salad.
Chicken fettuccini was bland. Chicken was old and tough. Bread sticks were overcooked and not fresh.
Service was from an unskilled, untrained, very young person who had no idea how to give good service.
Overall, it was a passable experience, but after having a fantastic experience at the new Maria’s Restaurant the day before, a disappointment.

Do not order pick up from here. I’m assuming the app didn’t work so we called to let them know where we parked. I waited over 45 minutes for them to bring my food out to finally just walk in myself and ask, and the food had already been ready 445 minutes!!!! and supposedly someone came out and knocked on all the doors if it was our order… My car had been parked there for the entire time in the exact numbered spot that we told them. No one ever came by and knocked on the door. Whoever that runner was this evening lied. wasted an hour of my day on New Year’s. The guy who helped bring our big order out was nice but thats Almost an hour after our set pick up time. Food is most definitely cold now . seriously unacceptable. Someone dropped the ball with “ bringing the order out”

When you have to eat gluten free like I do, Olive Garden has not been at the top of my list of go-to restaurants. The Olive Garden in Odessa has changed my mind!
After ordering, the manager came to our table and assured me that he would personally follow my entree and deliver it to the table. And he did!!! He also made sure that the croutons were on the side for the rest of my party.
The food and sangria were both delicious. I ate the GF rotini with meat sauce. It was wonderful.
We will definitely be back!

Sadly disappointing! Not trying to be mean but, the soup tasted like vomit. Not joking. I asked for something different…even more disgusting. Tried the spaghetti and meatballs and it ruined my appetite. I regret going there. It sounded good but, the flavor of the food was a definate 0/10.

Made a Togo order. Food was supposed to be ready at 6:25. It was not ready until after 7:15. They also forgot utensils which I requested with my Togo order and also forgot my daughter kids meal side. I definitely won’t be ordering togo anymore.

They need to get new management or staff. Last 4 times we went, service was horrible, food was under cooked. I keep telling myself I’m not going back but I keep going back. It took an hour for us to get dessert.

Decide to visit for lunch it was packed but you wouldn’t even notice since we had such exceptional service. Nikki was our server she was on point! Didn’t have to bother asking for a refill she was on top of it all. She was kind and the BEST SERVICE ever had in a long while! Thank you Nikki!!!!
