Wow. My first visit to this place…and it is really amazing! They serve cod instead of tilapia for the fish tacos, and it is so so good. The onion rings are excellent, not cheap frozen pre-made junk. And they have a drive through…. Very nice. Excellent customer service.

This is review solely based off of service only and not including the food. I feel like I can’t even enjoy the food after the service received.

So the whole purpose of me going through the drive through is to receive my food quickly. I understand that it is a seafood restaurant and that it may take longer, however, being in line for a period of time, and then placing the order at 3:34 pm and not receiving my order until 3:54 pm is the reason why I am very disappointed in the service at this restaurant.

The whole reason why I ordered the food that I ordered was because I wanted grilled fish, but was told me it would be a ten minute wait and that it would be quicker for me to have fried fish, because they already have fried fish ready. So I chose two plates of fried fish tacos with fries and half and half tea.

What upsets me is that two vehicles that were behind me in the drive-through line receive their food faster than I received mine, which makes me believe that their food was prepared before my food was prepared. Then, when I bring into the attention of the person that is delivering their food, the lady takes the receipt and about a minute later, they bring me back my food with two complimentary cookies.

Though it may seem to be a nice gesture, I feel like the 20 minutes that I waited for my food was more important than to cookies, so I asked for the manager’s name. The associate gave me the name “Chapa” (which seems like a last name)n and then proceeds to ask for my name, which I don’t understand why you need my name, however I just wanted to know who was managing the restaurant and let them know that I do not belief service was satisfactory and people should have to wait that long when not notified that all meals are going to take longer than 10 minutes. I can only imagine how long I would have to wait for grilled items.

Food is very fresh and delicious. However, their atmosphere is dark and they had a talkshow on from the radio which i thought was weird. The service is was off. We ordered a variety of food to try and the server kept getting it confused. I don’t know if she was burnt out from the day or just not paying attention. Will definitely order again but not dine-in.

I am so disappointed with this visit. I ordered the shrimp combo and I asked them to substitute the fries for green beans. I went through the drive-through. It was a busy Friday night, but I watched every person that came after me get their food. I waited probably longer than 45 minutes. Between that time I called into the restaurant because I was tired from work and I did not feel like getting out and I told them I’m outside waiting. I have been waiting for going on almost an hour now and people who ordered after me already left with their food. The girl that answered the phone said sorry for the inconvenience ma’am. The food will be right out. I waited another 15 minutes! I called the restaurant again, this time I believe I was speaking to a manager. He was very polite and very apologetic. It took about seven minutes for them to get the food out to me again. The manager I assume that’s who that was, was very apologetic . At this time My head is hurting. I’m just ready to go home . I did not look in the box admittedly because I knew that they were going to rectify me waiting over an hour for an order
when I opened my food after I was halfway down the street the order was completely wrong!!! I asked for the shrimp combo they gave me the fish combo. I did not have the time nor the patience to turn around and go sit probably another 30 minutes for shrimp so I just took the food they gave me and kept going. Highly disappointing service!

My husband and I have considered not returning due to feeling unwelcome and experiencing difficulties with receiving our order fresh and hot. Some employees, such as Margaret, seemed unfriendly. Our food was cold, and when we asked for a manager, Martinez refused to remake it. Another manager, Rocky, did remake the cod, but it was hard, overcooked and dry. I was not able to eat & enjoy my food. No one checked on us afterward.
Our experience at this location has been challenging. It may be beneficial to hire staff who are more engaged and have a positive attitude. Ms. Francine stands out as she is cheerful, speaks to everyone, and checks on customers to see if they need refills, napkins, or condiments. We appreciate her efforts.

Went to Laguna and ordered two number 1s and a kids meal found hair in our food called and let them know they replaced the two #1s however the shrimp in the replacement order still had poop

Never have an issue when I come here but today, I believe the drive-through person forgot about me and I had to call the restaurant to remind them to please take my order out the drive-through. The vehicles that were behind me reversed and left. Still leaving a five star cause it’s a great restaurant with great customer service, but please don’t forget the drive-through people.
