The review is simple for their green peppers on their pizza. Finally a place that uses peppers that are cooked before being put on the pizza !! They are so tasty and oily but in a good way. I’m assuming these are the peppers they use on the pepper and egg sandwich. I hateeeee when places use raw veggies cause u get watery disappointment.

Pretty good food. Watch out for the lasagna, they cheap out on it and it’s mostly noodles
Layer of 2 noodles on the bottom, followed by a thin layer of meat, 7 more noodles in a stack, followed be some cheese, then more noodles on top. Everybody knows that’s not how you make real lasagna.

Top marks across the board. We’ve eaten here and ordered for delivery or takeout a gazillion times, with a good experience for every occasion. John and Gabriela compliment each other very well and create a friendly, professional dining experience for date night, family night, and group events. We’ve used Trattoria Porretta for catered and private events as well, and they go above and beyond with good old heart and soul. Our compliments to the rest of the staff in the back and front of the house as well.

I have been ordering pizza from Porretta for over 40 years, and it is just as good as ever. Their pan pizza is so amazing, and definitely unique. It’s like no other pan pizza you’ll find anywhere else. While the prices are a bit high, it is definitely worth every penny.

Friendly neighborhood Italian. The owners are right there in the dining room, seating and serving. The rigatoni Boscaiola is outstanding. It comes with warm bread and a small salad. The house dressing is pretty tasty.

We love this place! My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years! The food is great. My very favorite is a grilled seafood platter with spinach and garlic. My next favorite dish is penne pasta with vodka sauce plus I add grilled shrimp. So so good

The food is always excellent here. One of my favorite Italian restaurants. Been here many times. John, the owner, is always so personable and makes a point to stop and converse with you at your table. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!
