Take a break and have a meal inside. This is a great eatery for a range of meals. Quick or fancy they can cover it all. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a lot of seating dispute the crowded parking. The food is excellent, prepared as requested. and we will be back.

The food was delicious! We ordered a salad and pizza. Service was friendly and fast. They have a mix of high-top tables and regular tables and some outdoor patio dining as well. They have a super cozy and fun atmosphere. They take reservations but also take walk ins.

You cannot order a slice and must order a personal or regular size pizza. Its all fresh here and made to order. This place was very clean and the staff was very nice. Ordered a personal Margarita Pizza for $13 and it was delicious. The sauce was amazing and the cheese was super fresh. The price fits the area, but don’t mind paying more for high quality ingredients. Really loved the sauce. The Crust was good, not great. Had some crunch but lacked flavor. I will go back again for sure. Great Pizza.

I always get a great meal from Bolu. Their fra diavolo sauce is a 10! I also love their rice croquettes and their apple salad. Everyone who works there is so friendly and welcoming. Their timing of bringing out their fresh bread (that comes with an amazing spread), the appetizers, and the entree is spot on. It’s a great dining experience overall.

Ordered the wild mushroom salad, braised short rib lasagna, and the lamb tagliatelle. Each meal was missing something whether it was the balsamic on the salad, the mushrooms in the lasagna, and no chili oil/mint to speak of with the lamb tagliatelle. All of the food was unseasoned and bland. For such a high price point, I really could not name a more disappointing meal.

Trattoria Bolu holds a special place for us because of one dish in particular. The lemon caesar salad…not even kidding that it makes the trip worth it. The stone fired pizza is also very good, but the super star at Bolu is the lemon caesar salad. Ridiculously good. You can also bring your own or have a nice bottle of wine delivered.

Love this place. Food is always fresh and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. I love their peppadew peppers, they are filled with cheese and are juicy sour.
