Bolu is truly something special.
The food is fantastic, high quality, organic, non-GMO ingredients, and plenty of gluten-free options. You can taste the difference. It feels clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared every time.
What really sets them apart though is the service. The staff knows you by name. They’re warm, friendly, and genuinely treat you well. It’s not transactional, it feels personal.
They’ve even recognized my car pulling up and started prepping my usual to-go order before I walked in. That level of attentiveness is rare and says a lot about how much they care about their customers.
Consistently excellent food and exceptional service. Highly recommend.

Gustavo is Amazing and Makes Sure You Always Have a Wonderful Dinning Experience !! The Food is Good and We have Never Been Disappointed. The only thing I would “Recommend” is to have a “Tint” or Blinds Put on the Windows – if Yr Sitting on the High Top Table/Chairs (Which Are Great) It is Very Glary and Somewhat Blinding when Your Facing the Windows when the Sun is out and You can’t see. Otherwise Great Place !!

Don’t blink or you’ll miss it! A great place for a quick bite or an elegant meal. The staff is friendly and helpful. All of the food is authentic and expertly made. Every we ordered was made as desired and tasted amazing. The restaurant has the soft lighting and wood features of a high end watery. This will be a frequent favorite.

What a delightful spot! The warm sourdough bread was amazing. Really good tricolor salad and house salad. Good fried calamari …the kind with the tentacles too, not just rings. My husband enjoyed cavatelli and broccoli and I ordered the meatballs but was too full to finish so we brought them home. Glad we stopped here and will return to try pizza next

Food is really quite nice! The sausage pizza is incredible as is the Chicken Milanese. However, I’ve had some experiences with quite rude staff. Also, I went recently and was rushed out the door just after 9. The hours on the door do say 10pm though so it’s a bit confusing!

You cannot order a slice and must order a personal or regular size pizza. Its all fresh here and made to order. This place was very clean and the staff was very nice. Ordered a personal Margarita Pizza for $13 and it was delicious. The sauce was amazing and the cheese was super fresh. The price fits the area, but don’t mind paying more for high quality ingredients. Really loved the sauce. The Crust was good, not great. Had some crunch but lacked flavor. I will go back again for sure. Great Pizza.

Avocado toast (best I’ve ever had!)
Mint Arnold Palmer
And just about every pizza they make!
I love the pizza sampler. You can chose 4 different types and they make it into a whole pie. It’s a great way to try out all their different pizzas. The multigrain pizza crust is good too.
The restaurant has many tables to eat inside, when it’s warm they have outdoor seating as well. If you go on a Friday or Saturday it does get busy, sometimes we make a reservation. They are always very accommodating.
Definitely try it out 🙂
