Surprisingly roomy from viewing it on the streets. This restaurant has a nice vibe. We opted in for the lunch buffet which mainly comes with rolls that are not raw. Most of them are cooked or fried which is odd that there couldn’t be more raw sushi rolls as the option. We got a good amount of food and definitely got a large return on our investment. The food was delicious however there was a discrepancy that original sushi chef had to take a 15 minute break which left us idle with nothing to eat because our next chef didn’t introduce himself to us and proceeded to make to go orders until I had to talk to him about it and he proceeded to make our food. But like I said the food was appetizing. But one rule stood out as not that great which was the rainbow roll. It really felt like they skimped out on the raw fish and instead gave a huge amount of imitation crab in the center. But definitely want to come to the dinner buffet sometime soon. I’m hoping that it will be much more worth it.

I had the most amazing experience at Trapper’s Sushi in Tukwila! The sushi here is truly exceptional, and I couldn’t get enough of their mouthwatering creations. One of my absolute favorites is the Bonny Lake sushi roll. It’s a perfect combination of flavors, with the crystal shrimp, cream cheese, and tempura giving it a delightful crunch, while the spicy crab, and hot sauce add a tantalizing kick. The presentation is exquisite, and the attention to detail is evident in every bite. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was top-notch. If you’re a sushi enthusiast, I highly recommend visiting Trapper’s Sushi and indulging in their incredible menu. You won’t be disappointed!

A little confusing to walk into. The host gave me confusing directions to sir near the sushi bar that got awkward. The place felt a little cliquishness. Lots of seating and lots of staff for the few customers on hand. They were offering a 3 rolls for $33 special which I accepted and relinquished my choices to the chefs pick. This place gives a kind of culinary school vibe and is definitely non traditional. If your looking for that intimate touch from a sushi master your in the wrong establishment here. That said the sushi was excellent. The rolls well assemble, ingredients fresh and tasty and the combination worked perfectly together. I would eat here regular and the price is fair for the quality.

I live in Oklahoma, but any time I come to Seattle I make it a point to come to Trappers Sushi. Their all you can eat sushi is an amazing deal for the quality of sushi you get. I can’t eat more than two or three rolls, but even then it is a really good price. My favorite rolls are the mountain, Mt Rainier, and Tis the Salmon. They have something for everyone though, no matter what you like.
