This place was so good I literally ate half my pizza before I remembered to take a picture The artisan pizza was truly to-die-for—the flavors, the sauce, everything was just chef’s kiss. I ordered their most popular pizza and wow… the crust, the meat, the balance of flavors—absolutely amazing.
My salad was also delicious and super fresh, which honestly just sealed the deal for me.
And here’s the part that really stood out: I accidentally dropped $20 out of my phone while I was there, and they actually called me to let me know. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. Top-tier service, incredible food, and genuinely good people. I’ll 100% be back!

Great pizza, cool little spot. Really enjoyed the 14th pizza (I think it was) pepperoni, mushroom, and feta.

To state the obvious, pizza in Fruita Hot Tomatoes is the benchmark. Two people, one appetizer, one fountain drink and a water we were at $70 with a decent tip.
The pizza crust is very thin and good. Good vegetarian and gluten free options but the gluten free pizza for my wife was a little undercooked
Mine was good. Lots of meat. Thin crispy crust and fresh ingredients.
Inside was loud, a little cramped and could use a little better ventilation.
People were awesome and friendly
I feel like it’s new and busy and these are growing pains that they will work through. We will definitely try again.

Tonight, my family and I had the pleasure of dining at Trailblazer Pizza Company, and I can confidently say this is our favorite spot. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly service that made us feel right at home. The restaurant itself was spotless, a testament to the care and pride this locally owned gem takes in every detail.
The pizzas were absolutely fantastic, fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients that you can taste in every bite. I have to give a special shoutout to “The Impasta,” which has officially claimed the title of my new favorite pizza. It’s delicious, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and a must-try for anyone visiting.
What truly sets this pizza place apart, though, is the sense of community and connection you feel. The owners were on-site, personally checking in on customers, ensuring everyone was having a great experience. That level of care and engagement is rare these days, and it made the evening all the more special.
This place is a not-to-miss spot in the area, a true locally owned & operated treasure. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by. You’ll leave with a full stomach, a happy heart, and, like me, a new favorite pizza place.

We came on a Friday evening at 530p with two adults and three kids, ages 14, 13, and 9. It’s unclear when you enter if you’re supposed to wait to be seated, or order and seat yourself, but it’s the latter—order at the counter and then seat yourself. Staff were very friendly. They don’t really offer traditional pizzas like cheese/ pepperoni or Hawaiian so it took us a minute to decide what flavors to try. We ordered the large cheese sticks and two medium pizzas, the trailblazer and the black pearl. We asked that they hold the goat cheese on the black pearl, but I think the young man at the register was still figuring things out so the pizza came out with the goat cheese. It was fine. Not worth sending it back, but it would’ve been better without. All in all we paid about $50 and there was plenty of food. We were able to order immediately upon arrival and we were able find a table immediately as well. We got the big table in the back that seats five, but the rest of the booths appeared to seat four comfortably. By the time we left all of the tables were full. It took a minute for our order to come out, but worth the wait. The cheese sticks were delicious and worth getting! We got marinara and spicy ranch for dipping. The marinara was good, but I didn’t care for the spicy ranch. The trailblazer pizza was delicious. The crust was super good on all items! We will definitely return to try some other flavors!

My husband likes thin crust pizza. He said it was the best he’s ever had. Thin but not cracker like. So delicious.

This was a great stop! It was recommended to us by a previous local so we checked it out when passing through. The crust had a nice chew to it and the topping choices were great. They also have board games to play while waiting for your one of a kind creation to arrive. Loved it.

I don’t know who Pablo is at Pablo‘s Pizza, but new owner Caleb is an absolute gift. He’s personable and makes one fantastic pizza! The salads have toppings galore as do the pies. I love that he uses a local bakery for his lunch special cookies. It seems Caleb is making some great improvements at the Fruita location and we can’t wait to go back and enjoy the spectacular service and food again!

Really fresh dough that was cooked to a perfect light crisp. Good sauce, may have been sweet but it also could have been the jalapenos that I got – which were awesome. They seemed fresh rather than pickled but idk they were very tasty. The cheese was delicate and tasty and creamy and awesome. First time going to the new place and I like it better than any other place I’ve been to Fruita/Junction. Prices weren’t bad either. My small with a few toppings was like $11
Sorry it’s half of a pizza in the picture! I couldn’t help myself from inhaling half of it first
