Chicken gnocchi soup was mostly water instead of that famous creamy flavor its usually has. Build your own Pasta with Creamy Mushroom sauce and Italian Sausage. Meal was decent, meat slightly undercooked.

Very Surprised at the service and quality on a Thursday evening. Emmanuel definitely offered great service and very knowledgeable about what menu items. Debated which location to go to and so happy we were not let down. 1st time eating at Olive Garden in almost a decade. So this experience was perfect.

My wife and I came there on my bday (nov 6). We were sat fairly quickly. Our waiter took our drink order and brought my wine but not her margarita. We ordered our food, which he didnt write down. He did have 2 other larger tables with children in his section. We received our salad and breadsticks but no cheese was offered (we had to ask when he was walking by us, again). My wife got her pasta but the order was wrong. She had stopped the manager on her way to the restroom to wash her hands. I spoke with the manager about the order and my wifes drink. By this time we were already waiting 40 minutes. We decided to just leave. The manager was nice and comped what we had ordered. We paid for the wine and left. I understand working in a busy restaurant. Ive done it most of my life. But you cant just assume one table is going to tip better because there are more people. Or maybe it was because we were a lesbian couple he was serving. Whatever the reason, our waiter did not serve us at all. 2/10 and barely a half star for service.

I live in Canada and whenever I’m in the USA for vacation, I always eat at an Olive Garden, as there aren’t any in Canada.

I ordered the ravioli carbonate and added shrimp for $4.99. I got a lot of shrimp-definately worth the extra money. The dish was creamy and rich-I enjoyed every bite. I also had the chicken gnocchi soup and the gnocchi was light and fluffy. I had a non-alcoholic Pina colada and it tasted like being in Hawaii! (Best non-alcoholic Pina colada I had was here and the Olive Garden in Buffalo, NY).

My dad haf chicken parmigiana and my mom had steak with alfredo. Both enjoyed their meals.

Tonesha C. was our server. She was absolutely delightful and had such a great personality! She told us some sights to see and answered questions we had about Cleveland. We asked her to box up the salad that we didn’t finish, and she came back with a brand new salad, with dressing and plastic utensils. We told Tonesha she should have boxed up the salad we started but she said it would be soggy tomorrow. Exceptional service and worthy of a raise!

Thank you, Olive Garden, for always providing great food and outstanding service, no matter what location I’m eating at!

We haven’t been to this Oliver Garden in a while we were greeted when we entered, which is always good. They sat us immediately after that the server Kyra S. who waited on us was really nice. We ordered bread, entrees, and salad. The food arrives at our table in a timely manner, and at the right temperature. Kyra checked back with us several times, and that is really taking care of business

I have been meaning to write this review, however I wanted to see if the quality was consistent. I absolutely love Olive Garden and the best thing happened, when they added delivery. My husband and I work most of the day, and sometimes late. I usually put in my delivery order while I’m at work. This location has been a God send. I was so impressed by our first order. Even the way they packaged their delivery, it was very organized. I don’t know who the cooks are at this location, however please give them praise. I have tried multiple dishes, from this location. Every single dish that we have received has been nothing short of phenomenal. In fact I have been ordering even more LOL. My favorite dish is the Eggplant Parmesan and I love the fact you can substitute different noodles, in case you want a different type of pasta. Also the add ons to the pasta are a great idea. I haven’t been to the restaurant itself, however if delivery is this good I can almost bet the restaurant is amazing. I really appreciate the staff at this location and putting your all into the food. Your job doesn’t go unnoticed.

Olive Garden is an Italian restaurant that is usually known for its never ending Breadsticks with Salad or Soup with any meal. Their brand is usually so reliable you’ll get the experience you expect at any time or place you go. I have been to this location three times. I’ve been seated in 3 different sections, had 3 different servers and ordered different items each time. The atmosphere of the store is a little older than most OG stores, but that just gives it charm. The food, for the most part, is as you would expect it to be. Service here is challenging. It would appear they are fully staffed, but it seems like the servers are overworked. Food tends to make it to the table barely warm, instead of hot from the kitchen. So essentially your food has gone cold before you are halfway through it. My biggest gripe however is not any of the above. They have these little handheld Parmesan cheese graters and the server is supposed to give you an option for grated cheese on food items they bring to the table. Good luck with that. One night I was told the store only had ONE grater available in the whole building because all of the others were broken. The next time, we never saw it even though it was requested. Another evening, my poor server was beside himself just trying to keep up while others stood idle in the background, and he just kept forgetting to bring it to the table, but was kind enough to get it. I felt almost bad for even asking as this guy was doing a heck of a job by himself. I was surprised he never dropped a plate, so we gave him an exceedingly generous tip. I feel this location could benefit from some management training to bring it up to par with the other locations in the greater Cleveland area.

My experience was horrible. From waiting almost 20mins before I had to go back up to hostess stand to ask did our server know we were sitting there. To coming back to the table and the table that had just been sat 2mins prior was already placing their order with “our server”. Me asking for a salad with no dressing and receiving it with dressing, to them bringing my mother cold gnocchi soup with no chicken or gnocchi. I can not make this up. Entrees I had shrimp Alfredo add peppers onions tomatoes and asparagus because asking for the scampi pasta and just asking for Alfredo sauce and fettuccine noodles was to much. My meal comes, shrimp Alfredo(lumpy Alfredo at that) with peppers, no onions tomatoes or asparagus ‍♀️ My mother had byop. I asked for my veggies and my mom asked for extra mushroom sauce. We did not get our stuff until the table behind us got their Entrees, please check the cameras and see that I am not fabricating any of this. Had to get our own bread bag and plastic bags from stand across from us. Not once did the manager come through the dinning area and the staff was clearly struggling. We should have left when, we walked in and they said a waitress was overwhelmed and they shouldn’t seat her and the managers response was “ok she’s overwhelmed then she’s overwhelmed ” and tried to make them seat her anyway. $50 for sub par food and sub par service. I definitely will be calling to speak with the GM tomorrow. Server not once apologized for not one thing and I still left a $5 top because things happen, but it’s how you respond that gets better results…

Absolutely ruined my Mother’s Day dinner! Ordered dinner for take out, which was supposed to be ready at 5.30 pm. Checked multiple times, it would be out in a few minutes and just kept on waiting and waiting. Toddler was hungry and completely upset. Food didn’t get brought out to the car until 6.30 pm!!!!! Checked the bag and an item was missing. Asked them about it and the answer was: oh yeah we didn’t have it anymore. You can call the manager later for a refund. Why did no one mention when dropping off the food that it was missing and we had to check stuff and mention it ourselves?! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Drove home with the food. We live closeby. The fries and chicken for my kid were stone cold. The ravioli carbonara was very obviously reheated as it was absolutely dripping in grease (only happens when you reheat creamy sauces, not when freshly made) and was unrecognizable as separate pieces of ravioli as it was now one homogeneous blob of pasta. This is unacceptable! If you’re busier than usual, give a later pick up time so you have more time to get your stuff together. And once you do, make sure it’s up to standards and all is included!! I am beyond baffled that any restaurant would think this is okay!!!

I recently dined at Olive Garden and wanted to share my experience. The garlic bread, Alfredo sauce, lasagna fritta, salad, and rigatoni pasta were all delicious, and the service was commendable. However, the waiting time was a bit longer than expected. Despite that, I had an enjoyable meal, and I appreciate the overall positive atmosphere.
