I like to support the small, Family owned local businesses. When I think of the word “Towne” in the Rotterdam New York , I think Quality products, The attention to Family Value and excellence. That was appliances and TVs. Seeing Towne Pizza on the same building , I thought that same quality would continue. My order from Towne Pizza was anything but those values I mentioned. The Fried. Mushrooms arrived almost as cool/cold as a freshly picked mushroom from my garden. The breading so soggy it looked like Fried Mushrooms soup. The amount of grease in the container was like the bottle of a KFC bucket. My Chicken Sorrento was thrown together , Horrible presentation , pasta under cooked lid cover tabs never sealed. The slice of bread sent was the size of a table fork. I’ll give it the second star because the sauce was decent. I’ve had worse locally. The $3 dinner salad add on was not of any value whatsoever. bottom of the bag lettuce and a generic flavored dressing. Such a disappointment . The pizza we ordered was greasy and not the most flavorful.
If you work hard for your money, I’d strongly advise you not to waste it here. Our first experience was good, this our second time horrible. The Pizza Hut $19.99 deal here we come.

Ordered a sausage parm sub and eggplant parm sub..
Eggplant was very generous and wife loved it.
Saussage sub was good but lacked sausage and was small, even though I ordered a large.

Thanks to whoever makes the decision to let me know after the fact of paying $29 dollars with credit card. With a $10 tip for delivery driver and was told that they don’t deliver to my address. Mind you i live 4.3 miles away. We’ll was told they don’t deliver over the 4 mile mark. Now money taken out of my account and I already know I won’t see it put back till after the holiday or if at all. And am left with no dinner. Nice. Merry Christmas

Ordered $75 worth of food at 11am to be ready at 5pm for my kids and their friends to eat before going out for Halloween. When I got there the line was out the door. I patiently waited in line and learned this was the ‘check in’ line. People were paying for their order and then being told it was going to be 45min to an hour to get their food. I figure I might have a shot because I put in my order at 11am. The cashier told me to pay and my order would be about another hour. I declined, she said have a nice day. I have given Towne my business for the past 5 years. Not anymore. Disappointing.

Ordered 2 pizzas & mozzarella sticks. Order arrived in 2 hours. They originally delivered to the wrong address. Said they called, but absolutely no missed calls. Pizza & mozzarella sticks were cold. No apologies. Full price for everything. We have been ordering from them for many years. Quality has seriously declined. There are many pizzeria choices. Avoid Town Pizza.
