Quality has unfortunately declined. This used to be our go-to spot at least once a week, but after repeatedly receiving watery smoothies, we decided to take a break for about a month.
We gave it another try today, hoping things had improved, but were disappointed to find that all four smoothies we ordered were still watered down.
We’ve always enjoyed this place and truly hope the consistency and quality return, but based on our recent experiences, it is unlikely we will be back.

I was in the area and decided to try this place for the first time. I was warmly treated and wasn’t rushed. Nick helped me find exactly what I wanted and I wasn’t disappointed! I will definitely return for this great customer service and product!

Got the PB Swizzle Açaí bowl and it tasted very good I forgot to take a pic of it beforehand my only complaint is that the hazelnut and pb “drizzle” was more like two clumps on top of the fruit and granola. Other than that customer service was on point and atmosphere was kind a quiet as there weren’t many people in there .

I am so UPSET! Look at my order ticket in the photos . It clearly says No Granola. Not only did they put granola on it, they put a WHOLE ton of it!
I’ve picked all I can out and it’s ruined the bowl for me! It’s like trying to get sand out of pudding! Luckily I’m not allergic to all granola but have had adverse reactions to THIS brand. I spent $12 to get something that I can barely eat because they didn’t follow the customized substitutions. No granola means no granola- at all! Anywhere! Ugh.
Please pay attention to the special customization.

The past 4x I’ve been at this location, my smoothies come out real watery and that is because they keep adding more ice or more water when it doesn’t blend correctly. It also sounds like all of their blenders are broken. This location has been terrible for years. I’m surprised it’s still operating.

8:40 and the door is locked! Hours of operation on the website say open till 9:00. Drove out of my way to get here. Very disappointed business owner here. Does the owner know your locking up early and turning loyal customers away? You’re fired if your turning customers away and costing me money and reputation!
