This review is based on a take out & not a dine in. I’m pretty sure in dining is way better. A solid bbq spot in Nashville!
I ordered their fried chicken with waffle fries & their “Nino Toto’s Sampler.” The fried chicken was good along with the waffle fries. They were nice and crispy and the flavors were there. The sampler was also pretty good and overall it was a great lunch. The sides were descent and I enjoyed the meal.
I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items. Customer service was excellent and I recommend this spot for a quick bbq lunch spot!

Truly excellent local BBQ joint. Emphasis on local. The BBQ has a unique white sauce that is outstanding. The portions are generous. They have games to play at the table.

This is hands down the BEST barbecue in nashville! On top of the delicious entrees that you can taste the love and care that goes into them, the sides were just as spectacular! I feel like bbq places either have really good meats or really good sides but never both. Totos DOES! On top of all that, the prices are actually fair for the portion sizes. (Unlike most places in this city) The place is pretty unassuming from the outside but as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile. You can tell the locals that run in just want to give people good food.

Staff make or break restaurants and Toto’s staff is extremely friendly. Today was my first day trying Toto’s, and I wasn’t really sure what to get. The young lady at the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in and gave me suggestions on what to try- just everything that’s supposed to happen at a food establishment. Will definitely be coming here again. Also the chicken tender sandwhich recommendation was spot on. Delicious

We stayed in Nashville for a quick getaway and wanted to try some good local food. Toto’s is a recently opened family run and they were fabulous! We called and placed an order and it was ready quickly for pick up! The smoker was right out front and the taste was fresh and authentic. We had brisket sandwiches and spare ribs – so delicious!

This is a hidden gem in Nashville that has become one of my favorite places. I’ve visited 3 times now, and everything I have ordered has been great! My favorite is the brisket baked potato.

We stopped by for takeout for the first time and I can’t say enough good things about the food!!! The brisket tacos were amazing! My husband got the brisket burger and said he’d pay $100 dollars for it LOL!

I’ma Texas boy. I definitely felt like I stepped into a Houston restaurant. Family owned n the service reflected it. I picked up to take to work and my first thought was the box was big….n it sure was! The tacos are huge and so are the sides. The brisket tacos are amazing. Some of the best flavor brisket I’ve had ina long time. I wasn’t a fan of the potato salad but I’ll definitely go but n explore more of their menu!

The food was okay…not great. I ordered a combo of ribs,brisket, mac and cheese, green beans, a Rib burger, and waffle fries. The ribs tasted as if they were boiled first and then put on the smoker. They were super tender, but the texture was a little different. Same for brisket. The ribs were also covered in sauce, which I would have liked to add myself. The spicy bbq sauce was pretty good. The rib burger was good. It had raw onions and pickles, which was a good contrast and kept the bbq theme. The fries and green beans were okay….nothing special. The Mac and cheese, although visually pleasing left a lot to be desired. It had absolutely no taste and was the worst of the entire order. It was basically yellow pasta. The order total was 46.00. I would give them another try and pick different things to try.
