This place is hands-down the best ice cream shop around! The owner is incredibly friendly and truly makes every visit special. He remembers my daughter’s order every time, which makes her feel so special, and he always goes above and beyond to personalize each sundae. The creativity and care that go into the combinations are amazing—every sundae is a masterpiece! You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in both the quality of the ice cream and the exceptional service. Simply put, this is the best place to get ice cream. Obviously a pint or quart at a store is cheaper, but nothing beats these custom sundaes. The prices are extremely fair, great portion sizes with boundless options. Everything I’ve tried from here has been delicious and to top it all off, the business owner is a beam of light on this world. He is so kind and cheerful, no matter how long the line is. Everytime I go, I make sure to tip him five bucks, him and his business are a treasure to the community.

It is not possible for me to speak more positively about this place. The owner is the kindest and friendliest person who you can tell genuinely appreciates his customers and wants them to have a good experience. The servings are huge and the ice cream is delicious. The Biscoff sundae is very addicting. Mr ice cream has become a weekly staple for me. 10/10 would recommend.

I drove 40 minutes to try the Strawberry Dubai Cups at US Mr Ice Cream, but they were sold out when I arrived. The owner was super kind and offered to hold two for me the next day — which I really appreciated after the long trip.
When I came back, it was 100% worth it. The Dubai Cups were amazing — sweet, refreshing, and unlike anything I’ve had before. The customer service was just as impressive. The owner was friendly, down-to-earth, and made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers.

Line takes a litttttttle bit longer than most ice cream shops but it’s totally worth it! The owner is always there and has the best attitude. He crafts every one with care. They have unique options and I don’t mind the price being a little bit high (honestly not by much for what you get!) this will be my go to place for a long time.

We heard a lot of people rave about how amazing it was here, and we had to try the viral Dubai Sundae — we were pleasantly shocked by how good it was. We got a chocolate & vanilla mixed base — the strawberries were sweet/fresh & the crunchy nuttiness of the knafeh were a nice contrast. We’re going to have to go back to try the other flavors now, too
