Awesome vibes! Great food! Definitely recommend everyone to stop by and try out their food. Chilaquiles plate is on point!! Tortas are delicious and on point also tried beef milenas torta,Fuego torta, and chilaquiles. Would order everything again for sure!

Tried Torta Time and really enjoyed it. The carne asada torta was flavorful, and the combo came with perfectly fried, crunchy fries. The regular horchata paired well with the meal and was a nice touch.
I also had a bite of the chicken torta, which was just as good. The salad was fresh and came with ranch, which went surprisingly well with the fries.
The owner was very friendly, and the overall experience was great. We’re not in Oceanside often, but I’d definitely come back. It’s also conveniently close to Mission San Luis Rey, making it a great stop before or after a visit. Plenty of seating when we went.

We had a date night, this past weekend, my wife knew of TT through social media. She got the super torta & I got a carne asada torta. Mine torta was great, especially with a side of jalapeños. Her torta, the super was better with all the meats. The bread is the best for a torta, I’ve had. Perfectly fresh & just perfectly soft. The horchata was great & authentic tasting. My wife is just excited for our next date night because she wants to return. Ooh can’t forget to compliment the lady at the counter, very friendly, gave great advice/suggestions & checked on us throughout our meal. I was only disappointed that I didn’t get to try the carne asada fries & flan because they ran out. But ooh well we will just have try to get sooner because of how popular it is becoming

My family loves this place! The flavors are legit, everything tastes fresh, and honestly you can order anything on the menu and know it’s going to be delicious. And they have the best aguas frescas! Drove by and saw this place next to Goodwill. I was a little skeptical, seeing how the last place here was disgusting all around. The food is quite good. Fries are made crunchy, just how I like. I wasn’t too fond of the red sauce, but the green was perfect. The carne asada they use is really good as well. I recommend trying it

A “torta” is a Mexican sandwich, noted for its crusty white sandwich roll and overstuffed ingredients.
Introducing Torta Time. I first heard about this gem in 2025 when they first opened. They are a small, family owned sandwich shop that is located off of Mission Avenu off of the 76 in Oceanside California.
I had a great experience enjoying the Milanesa Bistek & the Breakfast Chorizo Torta.
Although the inside is rather small, it is kind of cozy and great for a quick bite.
But it is not a place I would go with a large group.
I appreciate that they have free Wi-Fi and a clean bathroom.
For being a sandwich shop, they have a pretty sizable menu.
The service is fast and friendly, and it typically is not crowded if dining in.
I love that they get their bread, especially made locally for them and that is especially important for their sandwiches flavor.
The portion size is actually perfect for me and it is stuffed with whatever protein or flavor you desire.
I especially love the flavor of my breakfast chorizo Torta.
I can also appreciate that they use family recipes within their menu and also have a creamy pineapple Jell-O, which was very delicious as dessert.
I look forward to coming back here and trying more sandwiches from them and supporting the small business.

I travel from Riverside to North County often, and with all the food options out there, this spot has officially become my favorite torta place. I’m so over chain restaurants and generic fast-food, and this place is the exact opposite.
The prices are very reasonable, the ingredients are fresh, and you can tell the quality right away. The chicken and meats are always fresh and cooked on the spot, nothing tastes pre-made or rushed. Every bite is flavorful and satisfying.

Such a great spot! The place is super clean with a nice vibe. The staff is friendly and welcoming especially Steph at the front, she’s the sweetest and so helpful! The tortas are amazing, packed with flavor and fresh ingredients. Definitely will be one of my go-to spots for a good torta!
