Wanted to try a new spot. Pulled up to a line of 7 or 8 cars and almost dipped but there was a man outside getting orders so fast. Had our food in about 10 minutes. I’m so glad we didn’t leave, the food was fire. Will be back asap

It’s been years since I went thru the drive-thru at this Pensacola staple. Nothing has changed. The food is still hot, ridiculously fast and the guy who took my order was absolutely the sweetest. I think even the prices are still the same!
And yes, still the great food I remember.

Tops Burgers is one of our top lunch stops. Simple, straight-forward menu, fries are always fresh, crispy & HOT! Filling portions and very reasonably priced- 2 adult meals under $20. May be a brief wait in drive-thru if visiting at peak meal times, but worth the wait. Staff always friendly, quick & accommodating.

I don’t know if this is a fast food joint, a mom and pops operation, or a front to sling out the window. But what I do know is they are serving a banger of a burger. It’s only a drive thru without a speaker, just a dude with a notepad. Nonetheless they are still quicker than Whataburger. They actually season the patty instead of just relying on ketchup and mustard for flavor. The tater tots suck, but all tater tots do, so that’s my fault for ordering them. Super cheap, friendly, fast, and a burger on par with casual dining more so than fast food. It’s a little unsettling for introverts the first time, but push through the anxiety and give em a try.

Look, this is hands down one of the best places to get a burger in Pensacola. Their burgers are soooo good and they are seasoned perfectly. And thos chili cheese tater tots, ahhhh, heaven!! It is like a little mom and pop shop and they usually have someone outside taking your order or you pull up to the window and place your order. Everytime I go there, it’s always great and friendly service. Plus, I normally and in and out within 10 minutes, 15 tops if they’re busy. They are quick, friendly, efficient, and they definitely know what they’re doing. Give them a chance. They’re quicker, friendlier, and better tasting than any burger place. 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

TOPS Burgers nailed the food—the burgers were genuinely great. However, the customer experience fell apart at the window. The attitude was dismissive, and it felt like I wasn’t welcome—especially when basic respect was lacking. As a customer, I expect professionalism regardless of who I am. One of the best burger spots in Pensacola. Fresh ingredients, good quality meat. Navarre location is great too. I’ve been going here for 15+ years and it never disappoints. It rivals other local spots, like blue dot’s burgers and smash n dash on Creighton rd. Affordable. I also recommend the tots as a side, not bad. 9/10 overall.

Employees are very respectful. Happy to see you. Food is good. And cleanThe buns are not hard Stale the lettuce is crispy. The cheese is melted. The french fries are great near prompt service. The wait time was under five minutes and I came at lunchtime. They have a drive-through and a window. I wish I had known about this place long time ago, but now that I do, I come here very often. and the food prices are very reasonable
