Worst bbq ever everything cold bought jumbo pork sandwich got small bought sandwich it big but cold uncooked with a drip of sauce plus bun had thick white power on it had to throw away

I hadn’t been to Tops in over a yr so I decided to stop since I was in the area. IT WAS A BIG LET DOWN!! THEY HAVE CHG’D ALLL THEIR GOOD RECIPES!! DIDN’T TASTE ANYTHING LIKE TOPS USED TO. Slaw–no seasoning or mayo; BBQ sauce–yuk; most importantly, the MEAT–didn’t have that old down south, smoked taste; Tops is known for good French fries. Not one grain of salt was sprinkled on them-

Based on a suggestion passing through Memphis. The turkey burger and baked beans did not disappoint. The Mac n cheese although a little dry was still flavorful. Small cup portions, pretty good though. Burger made up for everything else. Seasoned well.

I’ve tried more than once to like Tops but each and every time the food is nothing to write home about at all. The only reason I tried this place again was because 2 individuals bragged on the burgers. Well let’s just say the burger that I had tasted exactly like it looked, nasty. It’s difficult for me to understand how you can mess up a burger but hey I guess it can happen. On the bright side the employees were very nice and this location was also very clean.

I don’t like barbecue, but there’s usually SOMETHING I can eat. Mac and cheese, chicken strips, anything. I got macaroni, and it had BBQ seasoning on it, whatever, I still ate it. Anyway, the floors were wet and very slippery with no signs, even in the bathrooms, the employees were very rude and we felt very rushed to order our food and eat. That’s my main complaint. We were missing two orders of fries that came with meals when we got our food, but after the rudeness, we decided not to bother with it, ate, and walked out without leaving a tip. I think I would have rather eaten McDonald’s.

Horrible food, I got the ribs and they were gone in one bite, it also seemed like they were sitting out for hours. The coke tasted terrible like the machines have never been cleaned. It was freezing temps outside and the side door was left wide open. The staff were not helpful at all. My buddy’s burger was cold even though it was “just made”. Horrible. Will never go back.
