This is a solid spot for pizza, not the best, but still pretty good. The service is friendly, a bit slow, but they’re doing their best. The pizza was a bit greasy, but the flavor was on point.

Called in for a pickup and was told 15-20 minutes. Since it was a Friday night, I figured that wasn’t accurate. I showed up 30 minutes later hoping to be surprised that my pizza would be ready, but the reality was they hadn’t even started my order. I asked about my order and was told they would start them at that time. 30 minutes of waiting later I had my pizza. Yes the pizza was good, but at least be honest in telling someone how long before their food will be ready for pickup.

Wild mushroom pizza is advertised to be loaded with various mushrooms, but nevertheless was pretty good. I ordered online and had a smooth check out and pick up experience. Toppers Pizza never disappoints! The Stinger Pizza is absolutely delicious—perfectly spicy and flavorful. I had a little mishap yesterday with a pan pizza, but Andrew went above and beyond to make things right. His assurance and commitment to great service left me impressed, and when I opened the box today, I couldn’t help but smile. We order from Toppers all the time at work, and they always deliver (literally and figuratively). There’s no reason to go anywhere else! Keep up the great work, Toppers team!

Moved to the area and excited to find our favorite pizza joint. I created a Toppers account and ordered a pizza for carry out. When we arrived they told him there was no order, even when we showed the email and tracking they said they couldn’t help. In turn the staff told us we can place another order and they’ll make it. Sure, that’d be a fine option if they either put it to the front of the line or comped the meal. Instead we waited for 40 minutes for the pizza, in store, and left paying full price. Surely disappointed with the service given the circumstances. The disconnect was on the company side, not the consumer side. Unfortunate to say the least.

Went to pick up a mobile order. Got there, they had lost my pizza and needed to remake it, had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the order that should have been ready.. then wound up receiving the wrong pizza. Didnt discover that until i got home to Northfield and after being out all day i didnt want to have to drive back.. staff were running around screaming, very unprofessional.

Cashier taking money was going back and handling dough..didn’t wash his hands while going back and forth. He also appeared to have a head cold. We saw him blow his noise and continue to work with the food. If I didn’t have guests at the house, I would have asked for my money back.
It was disgusting.

The pizza and bread sticks I got here were both phenomenal! I customized a thick crust, Asiago cheese, grilled chicken, spinich, black olives, and garlic roasted tomato pizza. Got the Loaded Nacho Cheesesticks – they are absolutely amazing! I did not anticipate them being so delicious, and now the price definitely makes sense. At first it seemed mid-range, but you definitely get what you pay for. It was right before they closed, yet they still put the same quality into it as you see during normal daytime hours. I did not expect that.
Overall, I could not be more happy with my visit to this establishment. I am glad I decided to drive the 25 minutes at midnight to give it a try!

I love toppers and I order the same thing every time but sadly my two pizzas were both extremely burnt this time around. I didn’t realize until I got all the way back home. I guess check your pizza before you leave. Whoever boxed this, saw it was burnt and didn’t care.

Used to be pretty good until these past few months. Ordered a nachostix like I always do and received this. No nacho cheese and almost 75% without cheese and toppings. No refund and they said I would get a coupon for a free pizza which has not been delivered and it has been a week now.
