Stopped by this bakery today and I’m really glad I did. Everything was fresh, flaky, and full of flavor — the croissants were perfectly layered and buttery, the beignets were soft and sweet, and the cinnamon roll was absolutely worth it. You can tell they take pride in their baking.
The shop itself was clean, warm, and nicely decorated, which made it feel comfortable and inviting right away.
What really stood out though was the customer service the lady working there was genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming. You don’t always get that level of service anymore, and it made the experience even better.
Great pastries + great atmosphere + great service = easy recommendation. I’ll definitely be back.

Bakery X is a hidden gem for French pastry. Everything is buttery, flaky, perfectly balanced, and never overly sweet. The croissants are crisp on the outside and soft inside, and the pastries are beautifully made with real attention to detail with some surprise in the center. They take pride in their craft with friendly service. Highly recommend visiting.

A charming little French bakery! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with very friendly staff. The pastries and coffee are absolutely delicious, and we also took home a baguette that turned out to be simply amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic French baked goods!

I went to pick up an order for my daughter . The young girl @ the counter was confused and on a call. said the order was not ready until next Tuesday and was on the phone with my daughter. After leaving called my daughter and she was never contacted and the order was paid for. Had to call again and return back to Bakery X . Unqualified people who cannot manage the simplest orders should not be attending the public. When I went back, no apology. 0 for customer service. And put the large pastry in a bag instead of a box. A 38 dollars pastry in a bag!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bakery X, conveniently located in Krate at The Grove, right off I-75, and it was an absolute delight!
The atmosphere inside is wonderfully quaint, making for a cozy and inviting experience. But the real stars of the show are the pastries. Seriously, these aren’t just good; they’re delicious and truly comparable to some of the best I’ve tasted in Europe. Every bite was a little piece of heaven.
Beyond the incredible treats, the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, happily answering all my questions about their offerings. I also loved that they had jams and other small artisanal items available for purchase, perfect for taking a bit of that Bakery X magic home with you.
I’ll definitely be visiting Bakery X again soon. If you’re looking for an authentic and incredibly tasty bakery experience, you absolutely have to check this place out!

I love this bakery very much. It really holds a special place in my heart. The croissants and pastries here are on another level. They use high quality ingredients imported from France. Even with gluten intolerance, I don’t have discomfort after eating here. The crème brûlée, chocolate mousse and rice pudding are wonderful gluten free options.
It’s literally just like going to a bakery in Paris. I can’t believe a place like this exists only a short drive away.
