Workers always seem very busy and stressed. This pizza is always phenomenal. Today 6/11/25 at 8pm I did a 6 topping pizza and did a special note in the app to prefire the crust so it cooks because of all the toppings. When I got there he acknowledged the note and presented the pizza… and it’s the best pizza I’ve had hands down.

We love (well used to love) Toppers at my house. If we are going to get pizza this where we buy it. However we’ve had a couple of bad pizza experiences too. Most recently they delivered a greasy pizza from top to bottom. When I called in the manager (who did give me a refund) was rude and while I was asking if she refunded everything she hung up on me. I called back to get someone different and it’s like they use a call center. They transfer me again and I get the same person, who has no business being a manager or in customer service. She was working on 6/29/2025. She told me “I already gave you a refund what more do you want?” Her tone, her words, unprofessional. So to that horrible excuse for a manager, what I want is to be spoken to in a respectful way. What I want is to not be hung up on. I asked who the manager is on the days that she was off and she said I would just have to call back to the store (in her same rude tone). Therefore I told her what I thought of her and hung up. Energy matched…Toppers, you probably won’t miss my money but I won’t miss you either.

We have ordered vegan pesto Margherita with garlic roasted tomatoes which was delicious and we had a issue with chicken Alfredo cheesemaker; we informed earlier not to add bacon in our pizza but still they have added which was not cool.

We used to order from this store since 6 years ago but we stopped because of the dough. I thought to my self let me give it a second chance, but the issue it still the same. I don’t know what’s wrong with it, it is not cooked correctly or it is not cooked enough. I think they get the dough straight from the freezer to oven or they do not thaw it enough before cooking. I ordered pizza more than 10 times and I have seen this issue at all times. So, it is not just one time mistake. Then I decided to leave a review. They really need to work on their dough and prepare it properly. Find the attached pics, you can clearly see part of the dough is not cooked. Also we ordered Mac and cheese, there was barley any chicken.

I ordered a to go pizza from Toppers for the first time. I had used a coupon from their website, and picked up the order.
The pizza was pretty good. It has all the toppings I wanted in good ratio.
Definitely recommending it to anyone looking for something different than the traditional Domino’s. Also it’s better to support local businesses.

Customer service here sucks. The whole manager used “What’s up” to address me which is unacceptable by any measures. It should be Hello ma’am, how may I help you. I had a question about the pricing and this is how I was adressed. I’ve always ordered online and come here fir their vegan selection and food is pretty good, but bad customer service will always drive me away.

I love Toppers. I ordered from them a lot they’re only 1 minute away from me. But I got two pizzas delivered, and this is what I got!! One of the pizzas wasn’t even cut! I called, and they are replacing the pizzas, but honestly, I’d rather have my money back

First time trying them and it was great. Seemed to be only one worker doing everything when I walked in but he had a great attitude and friendly personality. I tried the wings and monkey bread. Both were absolutely delicious.

4/10/25 Update– their new “gourmet” mushroom pizza is questionable.

Nope. I thought this place would be better after it was renovated. Actually, I received a few orders that were correct… But no, that was a fluke. They still ruin pizzas left and right and this young guy- “I am the manager,” answers the phone like he couldn’t care less. This last issue 11-5-23 was the height of it. These people put someone else’s pizza in my box and then sent it. (Chicken, mushrooms, oregano, and pineapple- gross )
So an employee, got the pizza out the oven and just threw it into the nearest L pizza box they saw I guess. Then, “I am the manager” says he was in the back sweeping when it happened. Was probably in the back sleeping, tbh, his voice said that much. And the GM “didn’t approve” of them delivering another one to my house. lol please, I’ll not make the mistake of ordering here again.
