I’ve been here twice, back to back. Once today and then yesterday! I was served both times by April and Lincoln. First off!!! Let me say that chick-fil-a hospitality has NOTHING in these two! April USA so sweet, and attentive!! Lincoln station was so CLEAN!!!! They were PHENOMENAL!!! If they work there, I will always know my food is fresh, beautiful and served with LOVE!! I’ve not ever been to a better Burger King. I am so very impressed and pleased! I mean…. I went back tonight just because the food and service were so good. Thank you so much April and Lincoln!!!!

Bad food (even by bk standards) and bad service (by anyone’s standards)
Edit: I went back. I don’t know why because it was terrible again. The patty was tiny and dry, the bread was hard and stale, there like 2 pieces of lettuce and an after thought of ketchup. Do not eat here and shame on me for giving them another chance.

Ordered online. Picked up order wrong burger, cold fries and bread tasted stale! Horrible food and this isn’t the first time. Reported it to customer service. They won’t refund my money just give store credit. Like I want to go back. It was awful. What has happened to them over the years!! Does this look like a Mexican corn burger? Not even sure what it was. And yes that is what it looked like when I opened up the wrapper. Awful!!!

This location really needs to be closed down. We’ve come by 7 times throughout the year 2024-2025 going into 2026, and they literally NEVER have food. Like no food. Idk how this burger king operates. The second we ever start to order here, they tell us they do not have meat, fries, veggies, etc it’s honestly crazy how this store is still open. Burger King Corp really should just shut this place down so something better can be built. There’s no food at this location. Ever. What do they even sale?

Drive thru. Ordered 3 plain original chickens( trio for $7). I received three regular with lettuce and mayonnaise . I didn’t realize until I got to my hotel. With the lack speed and service, I can see why this is a sub par 2 star BK. BK, do better.

I came in on 8/30/25 this morning the manager April always nice and great with ppl. She always have a great on her face All the time. She was really nice to me and my family this morning. She also asked me to come back to see her. I really like her . And great food was great. I really need to talk with her big boss . She’s a keeper forever I’ll give her a 20000 all day long . Don’t let anyone tell you no different about April. I’ll see u this week coming.. keep up the good work

Have you wait at the drive thru screen for 10min before you order. Only take one order at a time. Cold food, sloppy service. Don’t know if theyre under paid and/or under staffed probably both. Needs better management and people that actually care.

I went to get a large fry and two chicken sandwiches. They forgot my cheese on the sandwiches and my large fry was basically the size of a child’s fry. Also April is nasty and rude. Will not go back to this location.

My wife and I decided to stop by and get lunch. We ordered the #4 meal (Bacon King) small with a Dr. Pepper and a cheese burger. The attendant asked “large?” I corrected to be just a small. Paid at the first window, $10.90, they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no thank you (my mistake). Moved to the next window, and was asked “2 sandwiches?” I said yes. After a minute to minute and a half I received a bag with ONLY 2 sandwiches. I mentioned I should have a meal, but they told me I didn’t pay for a meal… I didn’t have a receipt to deny the statement. We drove off down the road. Upon opening the bag with sandwiches I found the tag in the sandwich as shown in the pictures. The other sandwich wasn’t a cheeseburger either, it was a whopper single. Plus we have no idea what the ‘chips’ are on the bacon king sandwich. I understand there is a workforce shortage but I can’t risk eating there anymore.
