Ordered a buffalo chicken calzone, no onions and some cheese bread for delivery at my hotel. After an hour , I received the order. The calzone was loaded with onions and i specifically ordered it without onions. I Called the store and spoke to Brandon upon tue items being delivered. Essentially he said they made the calzone multiple times and there was no was there could be onions. Brandon went so far as to call me a liar stating that he cut the calzone himself. I offered to email or text the photos the calzone to the store. Brandon again dug in that there was no way there were onions and he cut the calzone himself and there waant a way ti send him the photos. He informed me it was too late to get a new calzone. I informed Brandon after waiting over an hour for an incorrect calzone I just wanted a refund.
If you are fortunate enough to deal with Brandon, good luck.

I just can’t say enough good things about Sarpino’s! If you like hot honey, you must try the hot honey pizza. It is the absolute best in town. I won’t even try it from anywhere else because I know it won’t compare. The staff is awesome. They are always smiling and super friendly. Very welcoming every time I walk into the store . They genuinely brighten my day, not only with their pizza, but also with their excellent service!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they definitely deserve them!

Long story short, we were trying to find a place to order out on Christmas. We all ordered Calzones. We opened the box and wrapper, and the best-looking calzones appeared. We all raved about our different flavors! This food was fresh and tasty! The flavor poured out in each bite. This is possibly the best pizza style meal I’ve ever had. Calzones included Itailian, buffalo, pepperoni, and pepperoni/sausage/ham. We also had tasty breadsticks. Did I mention that the mozzarella sauce is homemade? So darn good! This is the best secret in Des Moines, let alone Clive!

In an age of declining customer service, especially at late night spots, this place is still one of the select few that’s doing things right. The late night crew is always solid and every pizza I’ve ordered from here has been flawless. Keep up the good work and know it doesn’t go unnoticed, especially on the busy/thankless nights.

The pizza was undercooked and at best your average pizza. I paid 27 dollars for a large pizza. I’m very unsatisfied and will never turn away from driving five minutes away from the 7 stone pizza place from this joint. Same price and 7 stone has genuine authentic pizza. I would not recommend this place. 8 average tasting slices for 27 dollars

Calzone was loaded with meat, cheese and peppers . Jalapeños poppers were stuffed with ricotta cheese, amazing . Buffalo wings were dry, barely had any sauce on them. Hence the 4 stars. I like my Buffalo wings wet. Would definitely order from here again.

They have great pizza at a good price. Sarpinos has better pizza than Casey’s, and is in the middle from the much more expensive Giordano’s, in my opinion. It tastes great and is nicely filling with just a few slices. Friendly staff, and phone in orders work well. My new favorite.

I was just picking up a DoorDash order for a customer and the owner of the store cussed me out and freaked out at me for showing up at 2 AM even though I had no idea the store was closed and I was just picking up a DoorDash order. This issue could have been resolved with a very civil interaction yet he had to be rude to someone who was just trying to make some cash.
