Came here for a Guitar Center company outing, play a little golf but never been to one of these before. Man is it fun! Food is awesome too. Super reasonable pricing for the value. Will definitely be bringing my lady to the one in Charleston.

Topgolf Charlotte is hands down one of the best places in the area for a fun night out! From the moment we walked in, the energy and atmosphere were amazing. The bays are super comfortable, the music keeps the vibe upbeat, and it’s the perfect mix of fun whether you’re actually into golf or just there to hang out.
The drinks were fantastic — plenty of options and all made really well. The food was honestly way better than I expected for a place built around golf. Everything came out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor, making it just as much about the dining experience as the games.
What really makes it great, though, is how much fun it is with friends. You can be competitive, laugh at the bad swings, or just kick back with good food and drinks while enjoying the whole setup. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the night even better.
Overall, it’s the perfect spot to eat, drink, and play all in one. If you’re in Charlotte and looking for something different to do with friends or family, Topgolf is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back!

First time at this Topgolf location! The golf? Always five stars, love it – never an issue. The food? Just bar food vibes – good, but overpriced for what it is. Tried asking to mix wing flavors, couldn’t, which is fine, rules are rules. Service was sweet, atmosphere nice, though our front TV was off when we started – should’ve been set up beforehand.
Overall, still a fun spot for a date, birthday, or group hang. Just know you’ll spend a little extra on food, but it’s worth it for the vibes and golf.

We booked for 7pm-8:30pm but we got there around 6:50pm. The front desk woman was very nice and let us head to our bay early since it was empty.
From the start of introduction the server seemed displeased at us, we’re not sure why cause we both greeted and didn’t ignore her or anything like that. Throughout the 90 mins of game play, she only checked up on us once while we saw her go up to the people around us several times. We ended up having to try to get her attention whenever she would walk past so that we could place an order. We tried to understand that it was busy, but after seeing her constantly walk past us without giving a glance it just felt like she was purposely ignoring us.
We would’ve happily tipped her more if we were treated equally as the others.
Despite service being poor, the games were still fun to play and we enjoyed that part.

Tim was our server, and he took exceptional care of our group of eight. He anticipated our needs and checked on us consistently throughout the night. When one of our bays froze and we couldn’t play, Tim stepped in right away and handled it with a great attitude. When we needed a birthday song and sign, he was more than happy to help. Even when we were just considering ordering another round of drinks, Tim was already there making sure we had everything we needed.
Aside from the brief technical issue with the game, all eight of us had an amazing night at Topgolf, and that was largely thanks to Tim’s outstanding service!

This review is long overdue. My husband and I first visited last April as part of a birthday party group. The food was amazing, staff very friendly and we had the best time. So much so that when my birthday was approaching last September, I too wanted to have them host my birthday. I reached out via email and a consultant by the name of Sarisa reached out and locked everything in for me. Made it very simple. The big day arrived and we again had the best time! Call us crazy but just 14 days later we were back for a 3rd time. This time just my family for my husband’s birthday. He really enjoyed himself each time that he wanted us back again. If you haven’t visited this location you must! If your considering having them host your birthday, book it! It’s the best time and everyone is great and the food is amazing! We’ve enjoyed everything from their different dips and chips, to several different types of flatbreads, tacos, and wings. Mac & Cheese bites, pretzel bites, tater tots and don’t holes. We love it all!

Came for a friend’s birthday and honestly had a much better time than I thought I would. Grand location with plenty of parking spaces to choose from. The workers from the check-in and bar areas are all very efficient and friendly. Had two tables sectioned off for the party and we had plenty of space to mingle. Golfing was a blast! Plenty of game options to choose from and clear instructions. We did order a hot honey flatbread with steak nachos. The flatbread was delicious. The nachos, thought they were going to be normal tortilla chips with steak lettuce and everything piled on but these nachos unfortunately did not hit the spot. Felt like I was eating mini folded up tacos and looked like we only got about 10 nachos so it was definetly not work the almost $20 we spent on the nachos. It was EXTREMELY HOT though. Even though they had fans on full blast, because of the heat advisory, it did get pretty hot and sticky. Nevertheless we still trudged on and had a blast! Definitely recommend this for a date night, family day, or birthday parties for sure.
