We ate at the Bulloch House for the first time after it was suggested to us, and it was outstanding. The fried chicken, catfish, fried green tomatoes, and biscuits were so good. The salad bar was also great. Some of the best sweet tea I’ve had in a long time, and the desserts were so good. We will definitely go back, and we live 2 hours away. Also, the price is very reasonable.

That family restaurant in the South you are looking for! Visiting GA we wanted to taste some southern peach cobbler! We went to The Peach Cobbler Factory and we were sadly disappointed. The Bulloch House turned our frowns upside down! The peach cobbler and pecan pie were so good!

Terrific lunch spot for many years & still great! Reasonable prices for delicious southern buffet. Roast beef, fried chicken, fried catfish. fried tomatoes & fried apples were a pleasant treat. This is an institution in Warm Springs and always look forward to another visit.

What a gem! Right here in our own Warm Springs Georgia. If you want to enjoy a southern meal, cooked the way grandma or momma made it… you gotta come here. The buffet style ensures there is something for the whole family! The incredible rolls and desserts ensure even the picky eater leaves satisfied. And do mention the jellies and other jarred goodies?

Not sure if this place stays busy because there really is no other place to eat in the town but, sorry, unless you like really like basic country cooking, with little flavor/seasoning, I wouldn’t eat there. The food didn’t have a lot of flavor and all of the vegetables tasted like they came straight out of the can.. My mom had the fried chicken, which was pretty bland. There was no fried fish on the buffet when we went for lunch. I don’t know if that’s only a dinner item or what but it might’ve been an improvement.. It was extremely too expensive for what they offer. I had something that was supposed to be a seafood cake, but it was just like a giant fried ball of cornmeal similar to a giant hush puppy with very little seafood in it. I don’t normally give bad reviews, and the food was edible if you like country cooking, but I’ve had much much better country cooking. we barely even ate a whole plate of food. They need to drop the price a lot on that buffet. The only thing that was good was the sweet tea. I think everyone that eats there regularly must live nearby and there are not really many other options for eating out. So, if you like everything fried in flour and no seasoning, then eat there. We headed back towards Newnan, where there are so many wonderful choices for dining.

Wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, southern hospitality was the “welcome”. The place seemed clean. Beautiful surroundings on the outside. There are other country gift stores nearby to walk to. We got a semi tour from the ladies working. Thank you for that! Did you know this place used to be a textile and a dancing hall? They also host pictures of the past president and others from the area. The food was delicious and fresh (and I am a very picky person). They host more than one kind of breads. There’s a variety of foods offered on the buffet and all the different types were delicious. The price is economical and there is a variety of folks that visit. Which is a plus. The desserts are extra. But well worth purchasing. We picked a slice of cake that needed a hospital stretcher cause it was so huge! . I ate on this slice for a whole week. This restaurant is a bucket list if you are visiting Pine Mountain or Warm Springs. Thank you to the staff! Thank you for the true hospitality.

Everything here was excellent! The biscuits were light as clouds, the catfish was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside, the fried green tomatoes were awesome. But I must say, the 6 layer cake was exquisite! Just like my grandma used to make! I’ve never had any place come close to matching this old southern favorite. The caramel cake that my husband had was excellent as well. Everything was done perfectly! We will be back!

Had the lunch buffet and dessert. The fried chicken is real good, turnip greens and cornbread muffins. The seven layer chocolate cake and caramel cake with vanilla ice cream. The desserts are legendary. Hospitality is excellent we will be back.

We had an unfortunate event just before going in so plans were adjusted to accommodate everyone. We got our food to go. The food was still very good. The staff was very accommodating. As for atmosphere, it was kinda loud so I had to remove my hearing aids, they just crank the volume up. So take the 4 out of 5 stars with a grain of salt.
