This was my first time here and I had such a great experience! Our server helped us and showed us how to do everything! She was such a great help, I should’ve gotten her name! She told us her favorite game was the jewel game and we ended up loving that game also! Overall, it was fun and most definitely a experience! The vibe here was awesome! I love the idea of how the golf balls come out. We didn’t try the food here because we had just ate but it did smell delicious!

Topgolf can get a bit pricey when you go during peak hours. So check out prices before you go. Reservations are highly recommended and requirea deposit. Try to go on a Tuesday (1/2 off) if you can. We spent about $120 for the bay (2 hrs) on a peak day. The service was great. Venue was clean, food prices are reasonable and super fast! We had a pretty good time. Plenty of parking, outdoor terraces and a small outdoor entertainment area on the 1st floor.

Visiting our 21-year-old. The husband, son & I decided to enjoy some practice. Nyiam(I believe) & Rob (training) were great hosts/servers and made the experience even better. The food & Margarita was very good. Our 3rd time here has been consistent.

Horrible experience for my kids 10th birthday party. Placed is in bottom right corner. Kids could hit no targets. Angry Birds game registered less than 5% of their shots. Had to hit “auto shot” for 2 hours.

I love Topgolf! It’s so much fun to play. The food is great, there are gluten free options, and it’s reasonably priced. We ate the chips and guac and some parm garlic boneless winged. I recommend a pitcher of beer. It’s ice cold. Servers check frequently to see if you need anything and the manager also came by to chat. The place is clean and nice and new. They were accommodating for our grandma who uses a walker and came to watch and hang out. I can’t wait for the Greensboro location to open next year!

First time at top golf, and I had so much fun. Our waitress let us know that the kitchen was backed up so if we wanted to order it’d be a long wait, luckily we ate before we arrived. The drinks arrived pretty quickly and were tasty. The atmosphere was phenomenal!! The music selection took me way back. It was amazing. They have connect 4 and corn hole on the top level and pool tables on the first level! Overall, I’d recommend 10/10

We had a great experience..we had some confusion about which bay we were going to be in, which disrupted the beginning to our evening, but the staff cleared it up, and we were given the bay we were hoping for..the food was delicious. Also mixed up our order, but they got the right order out pretty quickly. I would definitely return. We had a party of all adults. I wouldn’t bring young kids (toddlers), but older kids would probably love it. I’m a lefty, and they brought out left-handed clubs for me.

If you are looking for a place to have fun and celebrate BUT have more than 6 people in your party Top Golf is NOT the place for you. Our party of 17 arrived at 2p on Sunday to celebrate a birthday. There was no line, no waiting. Once we saw how slow it was we requested to be seated together. There were 3 ladies at the front desk. One immediately flat out said no, we could not be seated together without even taking one look at the computer. We then requested to be seated close. Again another flat out no. Not a glance at the computer to even see what bays were available. So we get our bays 214, 224 and 227, go upstairs and of course see countless bays open and much closer together! At this point although I’m irritated I’m not upset. I had 7 in my party and at my bay 224. There’s a sign posted at the front desk “8 persons to a bay max 6 golfers”! There were only 5 chairs at our bay. First I request 1 additional chair to ensure 6 of us can sit down while 1 putts. A server told us it was against company policy to move chairs and I’d have to return to the front desk to request a bay with a couch. She provided me with the open bays to request to move to. I go back to the front desk where I’m told not only will they not allow us to move to a different bay (because they were already reserved) they would not provide 1 extra chair because it was against company policy to move chairs. So I then asked your sign, hence your company policy allows up to 8 to a bay so are all 8 paying customers not guaranteed a seat? A place to sit? Her response “no”. Now I’m upset. The unwillingness to accommodate a request as simple as 1 extra chair to ensure the comfort of your paying customers was mind blowing!! I wanted to leave and not spend a dime at this place. Another member of our party requested a manager who ensured we had enough chairs and moved our family members in bay 214 closer to the rest of us. My party of 7 will never return. The lack of customer care and joy these employees seem to get in refusing the simplest of customer requests will continue to cost Top Golf valuable members. DITTO FROM MY SISTER TAM DANIELS
