Came here for dinner with a large group and had a great experience. We ordered a few starters and a large steak to share. I had the foie gras, which was comforting and reminded me of home, while my girlfriend had the salmon tartare, it was simple, well executed, and very refined. I especially liked it because there was a thin layer of caviar on the top which helped elevate the overall taste even more.
Service was fast, professional, and made the whole evening feel effortless. A special shout-out to the sommelier, as the wine pairing really enhanced the steak. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with an understated sense of luxury that elevates the overall experience.
For dessert, my girlfriend ordered the crème brûlée, and even though I’m not usually into desserts, I genuinely enjoyed it. Would definitely come back.

Made reservations online and stated it’s for a date, and the prepare a very nice table decoration. However, service was not the best, we were still in the middle of eating our salad and they took our plate. Seems like they want us to leave as soon as possible, where they did not have any guest. it supposed to be relax and intimate dining experience, it’s a fine dining class already, we spent almost 200. The food, it was not pleasant, wagyu meat had a lot of fat and not edible. Salmon came with pasta and still tastes like flour and no seasoning. But they gave us some complimentary starters.

The food was good, honestly the food excelled. However being a regular customer I was very sad to see them remove their old menu. Their new menu is very lacking in options.
The service was HORRIBLE. I frequent topaz and I’ve been going for years. From the moment I walked in the staff ignored me. No one opened the door, greeted me or brought me to my table. I told them my booking and they simply told me to walk there. Along the way someone did meet me and bring me to my table.
The staff were generally unfriendly, but the manager was very kind and respectful. A drastic difference from the waiters and waitresses.
Our bill came out to nearly $300 for 2 people. I don’t think I will go anytime soon.

Haute couture of French Gastronomie. You can’t go wrong with TOPAZ. Epitome Epicurean food, service, wine, atmosphere. Manicure service and food the ultimate place while in Phnom Penh. They went out of their call of duty to make sure I could get my Grand Marnier Soufflée a signature dish (not on the menu anymore unfortunately) thanks to the Chef for that very much appreciated and made my evening. You are the Eiffel Tower or Notre Dame of Phnom Penh. I will keep recommending this outlet. Thank you all for a memorable evening. Eric C.
