I’ve been a loyal customer of Tony’s Pizza for years, but my recent experience has made it clear that I can no longer support this establishment. Today, I placed a simple order: a large pepperoni pizza with light sauce and extra cheese, 24 wings—12 garlic parmesan, six sweet and spicy, and six honey mustard. The total for pickup was $48.36, and I sent my son to collect the order.

What I received was unacceptable. Instead of the pepperoni pizza I ordered, I got a large cheese pizza without any pepperoni. Additionally, the wings were mixed up: I received 12 sweet and spicy wings instead of the specified 12 garlic parmesan, along with the correct honey mustard wings.

When I called to address these errors, the customer service was appalling. I explained that I had tasted a slice of the pizza, thinking the pepperoni was under the cheese, only to be told that because I ate it, they would take no responsibility for their mistake. I was expecting to hear, I am sorry or let me give you a discount on the next order, SOMETHING. But I was told that I didn’t order what I ordered! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This response is completely unacceptable. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. While a $50 order may not seem significant to you, there were other times I spent a considerable amount of money at this establishment, around $250, at the end of July for my niece’s birthday party. But that will not happen again. I will not be returning, as plenty of other pizza places value their customers and provide the service they deserve.

The pizza/strombolis are generally great. The ranch is excellent. Thought we’d try something different, and that was a huge mistake. The chicken tenders are processed, flat, nasty like the school cafeteria ones. Hard pass on those. Disappointing.

I’ve ordered here a few times and every-time has been perfect. Carryout or delivery everything is always perfect. My son’s favorite pizza spot. Cinnamon bites are the best! Also everyone has always been friendly and they have the best ranch!

I’m pretty disappointed in my visit to Tony’s tonight. We usually order pick up once sometimes twice a month and everything is great. I understand it’s New Year’s Eve so they were probably busy. Went to order online and they weren’t taking online orders.. cool not a big deal so I call and order. The girl asks for my name over the phone after I tell her I’ll be picking up.. we get there and they say they don’t have that name.. then when she asks my fiancé what we had (large one topping pizza and cheesy bread special, side salad extra ranch, and a side of fries) they have it.. plus a two liter. I don’t order a two liter, mind you I get the same thing every time. The girl explains the two liter now comes with the large one topping cheesy bread special. However my total was more than it usually is. So that was already frustrating. We get home and the pizza tastes like rubber and looks like they cooked it an hour ago. Almost as if they knew they’d be busy so they just made a bunch of pizzas to have on hand..No seasoning on the fries…No extra ranch which I’m sure I was charged for and a two liter I feel I paid for that I didn’t want in the first place.

I am a frequent customer at Tonys in Simpsonville. As of today, that will change. I went there today and ordered food and it was awful. I ordered a steak supreme sub and it was not satisfying. The peppers, onions, and mushrooms were not cooked or grilled. They just chopped them up and put them on the sub. The mayo wasn’t on the bread, it was spread on top of the steak. I thought it was cheese because I had never received it like that before. Then the service was horrible. The black girl that runs the front counter has a bad attitude. This is not my first time getting attitude from her. She got upset because I asked for a ranch that I had already paid for. Im shocked that Tonys Pizza served food like this. I know nothing won’t be done but I just wanted to let everyone know.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a Greek entree’ salad for delivery. The salad container was not even half filled. The lettuce was wilted, brown, slimy, and smelled bad. I called to report the bad salad and asked for a replacement. Girl said she asked the manager what to do, and he said, “I made that salad, and it was not brown. I would never serve brown lettuce, and it probably smells funky from the feta cheese.” (Pics of nasty, BROWN lettuce attached.) I asked her to make it right and send a fresh salad. She told me I would have to drive up there with the bad salad and pick up a fresh one if I wanted it. (Mind you, I paid for delivery and tipped the driver.) After the call ended, my husband opened the pizza boxes.They were terrible as well – very dry, no sauce and hardly any toppings. It tasted like a cracker with some dry cheese on top. $36 wasted. We’ve been customers for 15 years, but never again.

I got the spinach stromboli and it just tasted, like all they did, was toss frozen spinach used canned mushrooms and drained all the juice out, cut up some tomatoes and tossed it here, cooked it with a whole bunch of oil I can’t really say oil because the food was very wet. Served, it was marinara sauce. It was very bland. The only thing that really had the flavor was the parmesan/garlic butter that they put on top of the bread

I’ve been eating from this specific location for the past 5 years and I love their food and customer service! The pizza and wings are delicious. Today they exhibited exceptional customer service….there was a mix up with my order of wings. When I called to explain what happened, they offered 2 options to the solution: 1. Give me a credit for next time or 2. Remake the order AND deliver back to my home!
Great customer service always means a lot to me. You catch more flies with honey and Tony’s dis just that! Shoutout to the team working tonight…job well done!!!

Picked up a to go order found it to be incomplete. Called the restaurant after I got home to inform them and was greeted with, Tony’s pizza we’re closed, rude and incompetent, will not be back!

I used to eat here a lot or order delivery but lately the quality in food has gone down. The last two stromboli’s I ordered the dough was undercooked. I gave another chance and ordered my favorite pizza, the buffalo chicken pizza and again, the dough was undercooked. I can’t keep paying for undercooked pizza.
