My girlfriend called yesterday and it took the man on the phone 10+ mins just to take the order of 2 cheesesteaks and fries. We pay over the phone w a card and he calls back almost 10 mins later and tells us our card didn’t work. We looked the charge was pending in the account. We gave him a new card against our better judgement and again he calls back and says it didn’t go through. I told him that one account is pending the charge and the other came out of my account. His response? “No it didn’t” meanwhile I’m looking at the account and there’s the $40 charge. I repeated it to him and again he said no it didn’t. So i explained when i go in i want a full refund and to cancel the order all together. It’s now probably an hour after the original order anyway. He then calls AGAIN and asks if we still want the food. Bottom line i went to Johnnys the food was better the order took 2 minutes on the phone and it was here in 20. It’s a shame the old management was great here.

This place is RUDE! So it was my first time ordering from this place bc someone from my apartment complex recommended them to me. I placed the order and I asked the girl who answered the phone to cancel the chicken finger platter in exchange for wings. She said “okay. That doesn’t come with fries.” I said that was okay and I also ordered a Stromboli. My total came to $40.63. I kind of wondered why it was so much for a Stromboli, wings and fries but I assumed maybe it was the delivery charge. Once my food gets delivered, which took almost 1hour & 30 mins, I noticed I had a Stromboli, wings, fries, and the chicken finger platter which included fries. I called back to give a little constructive criticism and to let her know she messed my order up, I was charged for food I didn’t ask for and that my wings and Stromboli was burnt! Of course she reassured me that she repeated the order back but I know she didn’t and based on the fact that there various complaints about orders being messed up I can assure you she DD NOT REPEAT MY ORDER back. Had she did I would’ve reiterate that I didn’t want the chicken finger platter. She said she didn’t want to argue but would ask her boss to give a discount for the burnt food. Seems like they wanted to pass the buck! She got back on the phone after placing me on a brief hold and said “well the owner said he made it himself and it wasn’t burnt.” *PLEASE SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED* As you can see it’s greasy and BURNT! I’m okay with paying for my food. I don’t care what the price is but I want it to be worth it. I would’ve patronized this pizzeria and gave them a second chance had they would’ve corrected my order and at least gave me a credit for the next time I placed an order. I’m a business owner and that’s how you get returning customers, not by calling them liars! Now I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank once the charge is out of ‘pending’ status because I don’t like to be treated with low standards and I hate to be called a liar! This place is a disgrace and with a potential lockdown approaching they should be conducting business as adequate as possible to bring in business in case they’re shut down during the next lock down. Someone needs business training and they need to FIRE the girl who takes the orders immediately!!

I spent almost $100 on an order for our family dinner through the Slice App. When they sent the wrong item I went through the app and said it’s fine if they refund me bc I didn’t want to make anyone come out for one dish. But they said they would come out and I thanked them. They came out an hour later (which I wasn’t even upset about) and the delivery person demanded the wrong item back. Who does that?! Are they really going to do something with a half eaten order of fried ravioli? So dumb. They lost me as a customer.

Horrible! Department of Health codes are being violated! Ordered sandwiches and received onions on everything! When I called, they blamed the POS system saying that it adds onions to all orders! This is BS. As you can see with the “Kitchen” receipt, onions are not listed anywhere. The food also arrived COLD. They asked for the food back! Think about that for a moment…. They are bringing unfamiliar food back into the kitchen. This is a health code violation to accept food back once it leaves the kitchen! They argued for about 10 minutes on how it wasn’t their fault instead of asking how I wanted it handled. I’m highly allergic to onions and even eating the food that it touches would cause an episode. When I asked for the owner or the manager, Heather replied that she was not allowed to give out that information. I did not know that knowing the name of the owner or manager was top secret information. Kara was the one who took the order and argued the whole time instead of apologizing then offering to remake the order. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. Horrible, horrible place and I would avoid it at all costs! Now looking at the receipt that prints out for the kitchen, you will see that onions is nowhere on the order ticket. this place is amazing! the service is great! the girl taking the orders over the phone was so sweet and got everything just how i wanted it. she reviewed my order with me before ending the call, and made sure to ask questions to make sure everything was just right! they delivered fast and everything came hot and cooked right. would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be ordering again soon!!

We ordered a large pizza and the appetizer sampler. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to show up. The food was barely warm. The cheese on the pizza was firm and it wasn’t cut fully. The mozzarella sticks and all the fried apps were barely warm and soggy and freaky. It was obvious all the food was sitting for a very long time somewhere before showing up here. I am shocked how bad the overall experience was considering the high rating this place has on GrubHub. We won’t be ordering from here again. It was the first and last time. What a shame. I’m sure the food would’ve most likely been good if it showed up within a decent amount of time and was hot and fresh, but it wasn’t.

The girl who answered the phone and always very sweet and very helpful with giving new suggestions and making sure i get everything right. The delivery is always very fast so i get my food nice and hot and the drivers are always super nice. One of the best pizza places i’ve been too!!

When we order pizza we get it from here, I’m not a huge fan of pizza but this pizza is Amazing, customer service has always been courteous and polite and delivery time is ALWAYS less than what they say …… But I’ve ordered their wings on 2 occasions and I’m sorry to say that they’re dried out and hard. I could only manage to eat a few.

I’ve ordered here multiple times, they just can’t seem to fill the order that you called in. I ordered tonight and they got the order wrong again. my wife constantly says not to order from this place because the food is either bad or they get the order wrong and I should’ve listened they got the order wrong again. I ordered a large buffalo pie half mushroom and got a large buffalo pie with no mushroom on it. They got me for the mushrooms$$$. My wife ordered a cheesesteak Stromboli that was 90% cheese. It’s a shame I enjoy their buffalo pizza but I’ve learned my lesson I will go elsewhere!
