I looooove Tong’s! This is an excellent Chinese buffet, and not just by small town standards. They swap out some of the signature dishes from time to time, but you’re always guaranteed to have a treat. Try the plum chicken; you won’t be sorry!

Been a patron since they opened. Asked about steamed dumplings, long ago. She was shocked, at the time!
We *always* get hot-n-sour soup, steamed dumplings and spring rolls.
I asked about beef with scallions, or ginger beef, about 14-15 years, ago. Nope. I just got to make it at home.
Recently got our regular with chicken broccoli and butter shrimp as take-out. $50 I don’t mind.
I’m a little bummed I can’t order online, anymore.
Betting the bad reviews are locals who eat the buffet.

I drive though Frederick, OK twice a month and other restaurant operators there said “it is fine”. Ordered egg rolls and a 21 piece fried shrimp to eat going up the road. It was hot and tasty! Shrimp were big! I used the drive up window at 8:30 pm. $9 for everything before the tip. I wish these hard hit businesses my best. Good job Tong’s!

The food was very nasty. Worst Asian food that I have ever had. The sweet and sour chicken was the only thing that was decent. Tasted like it had been made the day before. I realize that it was a Sunday. Will do Sonic or Subway next time. Not worth the money.
