Overall a very good place for burgers. Staff are nice, food is good quality for the price paid, location is clean and in a decent area. Would recommend if you are looking for burger-type food.Plenty of parking. Entrance, parking, counter, seating, and restroom are all accessible.

We normally love going to Tom’s because the food is always good. But not today. I ordered a Patty melt and it was terrible. The bread was all dry and the meat was what It looked like 3 days Old. I was very disappointed because Im a regular and got dinner for the family. I spent almost $40 and got old food. I called them up to let them know about our food, the girl was apologizing asking me if I still had the food. I said I’m not asking for any food I don’t even have the receipt. I just told her and gave her a heads up to let the head cook to find out what’s going on. I probably won’t go there for a while. Don’t order the Patty melt just letting y’all know. I Also got chorro (diarrhea) from the food. I’m writing this review while sitting on the toilet

The drive thru is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed the order and waited over 10 minutes before anyone came to the window to take my money or let me know there was a delay. When I finally spoke to the casher Xiomara, I asked why they took so long, the reply was ‘we have customers to help’ like I wasn’t a customer. She then offered her manager and walked away. I never asked for the manager, it was offered and another 5 minute wait. The manager (Letty) was very rude and unapologetic and much more unprofessional than the cashier. She then said we refuse service and closed the window.

We ordered chili cheese fries and it hardly had any chill all just cheese Very disappointed with this place. I sure won’t be coming back. Very poor food . Chill burger was so nasty. Lettuce was old for 32$ it sucked. Spend your money someplace else

well yuguys got here before we had the food out the drive thru, home, and plated. So we can’t really give a full review lol – but good for you, and we’ll have to get back to you about the sit down at home – we’ve always like Toms full menu for a quick meal on the go. We thank for your patience

Terrible service. Served me a Microwaved waffle. I spent over $30 for 2 people. As I was paying the cashier walked away for a couple of minutes and I was forced to just stand there and wait for her. I ordered the chicken and waffles (I recommend you stay away from.) The waffle came out 30 minutes before the chicken. By the time I got my chicken the waffle was cold. I asked for a to go bag to heat up my food at home. She insisted took my food and put it in the microwave right before placing it into a bag. The food was disgusting. The microwave they used to cook the food probably has so much germs in from them placing various types of food in it. Which cause the food to be so gross. I had questioned the workers there about this to which they just responded” I’m so sorry” THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED BY FOOD SERVICES IMMEDIATELY

Every single time that me and my family order food from Toms. We call it in. And when we go get it, we still have to wait for the staff to prepare it. So you would think that since it’s recently prepared that the food would be hot or warm. But no. The burgers are still cold as well as the fries. So we had to reheat them ourselves. Do better Toms. Do better.
