Probably one of the most generous portions of ramen in town. The space is very crowded and it is mostly self serve. Service is quick and the ramen tastes rich. Perhaps not the most Japanese flavor of ramen, but delicious nonetheless. The use of quail eggs is unique. Great value and fast casual.

I don’t know where to start honestly.

I came to Portland for work at PDX airport, and I absolutely love eating at local spots and always love to try ramen. Knowing the West Coast has amazing ramen is something I’ve always heard, and I wanted to find somewhere that does have that breakthrough for me.

THIS. IS. THE. PLACE.

Holy hell this shit is amazing, like woah. I’ve had a lot of ramen but nothing like this in sometime. I’ve started with the Leg quarter and uniagi skewers, amazing, absolutely dank and full of FLAVOR. Like so much in so many little bits. Let’s not forget the spicy mayo, so smooth, incredibly balanced and super tasty. Like a great starting point if you aren’t into it honestly. It’s that amazing.

Next the ramen it self. I got the sliced beef and chasu ramen. The portion is absolutely massive. Following they used Qual eggs instead of chicken ones, and you get 3! Their packed with flavor and taste so good. Not to mention the noodles themselves were very good, just the right amount of bite and density. Not overbearing and they didn’t get larger while they sat and everything was super flavorful. Everything seemed incredibly fresh, I’m not sure how to describe it besides coming to eat it. Many of the people there were there for my entire duration and longer, but so it’s somewhere that’s definitely in green for people to hang out and enjoy.

Lastly the overall size is insane for a ramen spot. I’m a larger fellow and I was struggling to get it all finished, would I come back 10x over. Will I rant that everything near me sucks, yes I will.

I highly suggest you come and enjoy a bowl and appetizers. So worthwhile and so good. Again the portion is huge and definitely worth the price. Do not hesitate to come by.

We got the tomo ramen and gyoza. They put the gyoza sauce on the top, and it’s really good! The ramen had some of the best chashu I’ve had in a long time, and the quail eggs were fun. Like others have said, the portions are very large. I split a ramen bowl with my wife, and we were both full.

The staff is very nice, and were very accommodating with our one year old. They have high chairs and gave us a kid water cup. It is a bit tight on space, but it was fine since it was pretty slow when we were there.

This place has the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life I’m not even exaggerating. The pork belly was salty and tender. The broth was full of flavor and so hearty. I could drink the chili oil by itself it’s that good!! Definitely going to be one of my regular spots now. The service was lovely as well and food was brought oit fairly quickly!

Okay, my review is a bit late but here goes. I visited in late 2023 but the ramen is memorable. I loved the addition of quail eggs, very unique. So delicious, can’t wait to return to try it again. ♥️

Top of the line Ramen place. Great for meat eaters or vegetarians. I recommend that you come in during slow time since the seating is limited.
They have a great drink selection, options for vegetarians, and the food presentation was incredible.
You order at the bar or front door so it’s not table side service but you’re still expected to tip which I don’t agree with.
Overall great spot for small group and large bowl ramen!

The ramen here is SO GOOD!! I had the Tonkotsu Miso ramen and my daughter had the regular Tonkotsu ramen. Both were delicious!! The pork chasu was the best I’ve ever had (and I had lots of ramen on a recent trip to Japan). The servings are large and they have to-go containers readily available for leftovers. Amazingly, the food tasted delicious the next day as well!

Really good pork belly, it practically melts in your mouth with how tender it is. Broth was was yummy also. It’s kinda a small dining area so not ideal for large groups but perfect for a date.

The food had GREAT flavor, I’m craving it after having it. Highly recommend for introverts who wanna go out to eat by themselves, they have a digital order kiosk at the front, and boxes available so you can take what you don’t finish home without having to ask for one. I came in, sat down, ate, and dipped. 10/10 I’m 10000% going back, the portions were big and the food was very satisfying. Thank you!

The food here was fantastic! It was really nicely presented and tasted delicious. In particular, the ramen broth was light, but flavorful and the fried squid was really tender, but everything we ordered was really good. I can’t wait to go back and try some more of their dishes.
