They’ve always had such great pizza. Been coming here since I was young and its still as good as I remember it- sauce with a good amount of herbs and flavor, pretty standard cheese and a chewy flavorful crust. They got rid of the lower patio, which sucks, but its still a good slice. I dont go anywhere else for pizza in McHenry. Bring cash, they have a deal for people who dont use cards.

I was there today. They made my order completely wrong. I called them went I got home 20 minutes later opened my bag and three of the things I ordered were wrong or just not in there. Their solution was to have me drive back with the wrong food and get my money back. Or basically to bad there

Asked for 2 kids meals chicken tenders. Get charged for fill adult meals and gigantic drinks, kid at window shrugs and says oh well. Wait for food, it comes out burnt, obviously don’t realize it till we get home. Kids can’t eat it, throw it away. No answer when I call. ” Steak sandwich” was made with yesterday’s bread and yesterday’s Italian beef.. I hate leaving poor reviews but this was expensive and terrible quality and service. Never again.

Long time customer of Tommy’s but, won’t come to this one again. Fries were soggy and not cooked through. Hot dogs were cold, buns were stale and veggies were poor. All the tables were dirty. A lot of flies. Over priced specials.

lately, I’ve been getting great customer service. But in previous months/years it’s been dodgy. I will order sweet peppers and a tamale and drive away with no fork. Or I’ll ask for sweet peppers, and a tamale, and the peppers are refrigerator cold…
another time I had to hand the tamale back and ask for them to heat it up.
But lately, the tamales have been hot, the peppers have been charred, heated, and delicious. So I want my review to reflect that as well!

Hot dogs and fries were pretty bland and luke warm. Mozzarella sticks are the only thing that saved it from a 1 star… service was pretty quick and friendly.
