Went for a quick lunch while walking around the area and was very happy we stopped at this place. We had dogs with us so we had to sit outside which it took close to 30 minutes to get a table outside but that’s because there was already a party at the table that would accommodate us so we didn’t mind waiting since it was one of the better restaurants in the area that are dog friendly. After our table was ready one staff member came out with 2 dog bowls filled with water which I thought was awesome they did that! Soon our server came to the table getting us drinks and appetizer orders(we got the fried green tomatoes and fried mushrooms) which everyone fought over the last one. Soon after she got our food orders and while waiting for the food we got to sit and enjoy the nice day outside. Once our food came we were all so excited everything looked amazing! Im a big pulled pork person and this pulled pork was really good…it had a little kick in the barbecue sauce but I liked it. One of my friends got the chicken tenders with the beer battered fries and had no regrets, they said those chicken tenders were so good and the fries(I stole a couple) and they were really good too! The service was good and quick, the food was good and filling and overall a good place to stop if you’re in the area.

On a cross country trip, hitting numerous restaurants, this was agreed to be the best restaurant by all members of the family. The Hatfield chicken sandwich was incredible, with good jalapenos, not the kind you usually find at a restaurant. The chicken, across the board was perfectly grilled/fried. The fries were perfectly crispy.

Located behind all of the hustle and bustle of the Gatlinburg strip. The restaurant is nice, very good service. We were seated immediately upon arrival. Menu selections were solid and prices reasonable. Kind of small portions but still tasty.

If you are looking for a quick bite with the option of outside eating, then this is the place for you. However, if you are looking for food that taste good, keep looking. The pulled pork burger is literally prepackaged pork that is more puréed than pulled. The chicken tenders are mid at best and the Phatty burger patty is pre-made, dry, and flavorless. The beer batteries fries are very good and the dill pickles are good but that’s about all the positive I have to say about this overpriced heat and serve style restaurant.

Stopped my here for dinner. Our server was amazing and made some of the best sweet tea I’ve ever had. We had three pulled pork nachos which weren’t terrible but tasted very store bought and had way too much BBQ sauce. The burgers and sides though were really good. If you like patty melts, try their phatty melt as an alternative but if you really like onions ask for extra.

Food and service were great. Beware if you sit outside that there is a place where people who smoke congregate. Our meal would have been great if we didn’t have to be smothered in cigarette smoke the entire time.

I’ve been walking by this place on the back road for years and finally decided to stop by and eat. Had a good meal. Would definitely go back another time.

Quick stop in for a drink. I ordered a cab and when I saw the bartender open a small bottle screw top Sutton hill bottle, we should of left. My chili on the menu said from scratch… it was not. Flavorless watery and hardly any substance. The quesadilla again absolutely no flavor no substance.. the bartender had no personality what so ever! It was an early lunch, maybe we got there too early but it seemed the staff was just not ready for anybody coming through that door.
