Coronado Springs is such beautiful resort. Toledo is an amazing restaurant. With the most amazing views. You can see the Tower of Terror and Galaxy’s Edge(Hollywood Studios) and Space Ship Earth (EPCOT) if you are dining at the night you can see EPCOT’s fireworks.

It was my son’s birthday and we had reserved the place a week before, but when we arrived with the cake, they told us we would have to wait and we were not allowed to put the cake in their fridge while we waited, saying there was no such service…Ok, then we took the cake and waited on the seat next to the front desk. The front desk receptionist knew that we were waiting, because we were sitting in her line of sight. We had been looking at her and had eyes with her all the time, but she told us fifteen minutes later that our seats were given away to another group because we didn’t respond to a text message, which made us speechless and angry…Finally, after ten minutes of negotiation, we were given seats, but when the food was served, the tomato and rice we ordered was too salty to eat, and the bread on the $40 dish was burnt, which was very bitter and impossible to eat…The fish steak is also very salty, but it is not as bad as the rice，They ruined our birthday dinner, and in the end we didn’t even want to sing Happy birthday. It ruined an evening we were so excited about…The environment was beautiful but the food and service were terrible

This restaurant is really amazing with the food, drink, atmosphere, view and service. If you stay at Disney resort, especially Coronado spring, you shouldn’t miss it!!

Such a fabulous restaurant atop Coronado Springs – fun fact: Toledo is only 1 of 2 Disney resort restaurants in the Michelin review guide, and for good reason. The food speaks for itself. I don’t think you can get anything bad here. We did the menu for 2 ($155) which comes with the flight, meat and cheese board, ribeye & 2 sides, and the tapas bar dessert. We added on the hanger steak entree as we are steak fanatics and everything tasted amazing. The ribeye was cooked with so much flavor and while the hanger steak was more simple, it was cooked well and tasted like smoky shishito peppers-yum! On a less busy night you may even get lucky and be seated next to the window with full view of Epcot fireworks! We have this resort booked again for our next stay and can’t wait to visit this restaurant again!

This is definitely the best option for food at the Coronado Springs resort. The views from the top of the tower provide a great atmosphere as well. The food offerings are also fairly unique compared to other Disney World restaurants.

I’ve now been to Toledo twice and have had a wonderful experience both times. I’ve included photos of the bone-in ribeye meal for two with purée potatoes and Brussel sprouts and a photo of the almond cheese cake (I’ve also included last years photo of the cheese cake; we had the same cheesecake this year and it’s presentation was equally as beautiful!).

We were told this was a great spot to see the fireworks and it definitely is not. You can sort of see them from the side of one of the terrasses but barely, so definitely not the great spot to see the fireworks. The food was good but very expansive and the service was not great. I didn’t expect a waiter in a high-end restaurant to interrupt our conversation to tell us some weird story about his grandmother. Smaller portions than what you would expect from an american resort restaurant. Good food do. Only real disappointment was the charcutier and cheese platter for “two” I would stay away from that, but the steak for 2 was a great option.
