Stopped in and ordered at the counter; service was quick and the space felt brighter and more relaxed than most fast-casual spots. Portions were generous without being heavy, and pricing was reasonable for the quality.

I haven’t been to a Chicken Salad Chick for several years, but recognized the interior right away. As before, food and atmosphere are great and the prices are reasonable…. Only issue, the portions are too small, I ended up eating half my wife’s lunch and still was not filled. To have any chance of being filled, get a sandwich and additional side.

Tasty, fast, friendly, and affordable food in a clean restaurant! What more can one ask for? We got broccoli salads with scoops of Mediterranean & the bacon cheddar for $14.99! It was keto friendly & enough for one hungry person for dinner or two busy people for lunch. No vegan options but this is the kind of fast food you have no need to feel guilty about. Loved it.

Bad – order taker did not listen well.
– ordered toasted then asked again and she said yes it will be toasted, then did not ring it up toasted and had to have a chat with kitchen about, and the other sandwich was toasted also that was not supposed to be. Geese

– I asked if I needed an order number to place on our table and was told she would remember us – and then she forgot us and tried to give our food to someone else.

I ordered off the app tonight. Right before I arrived the assistant manager called me to tell me they didn’t have any jalapeño holly. I asked her to just remove it from my order. Got up to the window she (the Assistant manager) hands me my bag out the window. I looked at my receipt and advised her that it was not removed from my order annd asked for it to be refunded. This woman laughed at me and told me she couldn’t refund it that only her General manager could. Needless to say the General manager was not there. She still refused to refund my money. So I feel like they stole my money as I drove off paying for something I didn’t get and refused to be refunded. Very unprofessional to smirk in a customers face and refuse to refund an item you can’t produce. Then I drive all the way home only to find the chicken salad I did but was no good. Didn’t have a packed date or expiration date on any of it. 45.00 and I couldn’t even eat dinner tonight. I hate that restaurants don’t care about the food or the service anymore. I will be calling corporate in the morning.
