2-6-26 @ 445 pm. 2 cars in drive thru and they cant handle that, they dont know how to multitask 2 lanes, all they said while standing on other lane was 1 min. Finally ended up leaving without ordering and 2 spanish ladies in one computer on 1st window not sure why they need 2 people in one computer trying to figure it out

One of the advantages of using the app is the convenience of ordering and getting your food in the drive-thru and returning home quickly. However, this particular location seems to have trouble using the Mobil order system. This is the second time they’ve informed me that my order didn’t go through and that I need to cancel it and come inside the restaurant to place it. Believe me, if I wanted to get out of my car and place the order at the counter, I would have done so.
When I was informed that the system wasn’t functioning, I asked the lady to take my order, she refused to take it and insisted that I come inside. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
It’s disheartening to witness such poor customer service.

I am at work my husband waits over 10 minutes for my crispy deluxe meal. Nothing deluxe about it hard cold and no meat hardly on there see pictures. You think after a 10 minute wait fries would be somewhat hot nope ♀️ was happy about location but never going back and will definitely tell others. Plus survey would not register so yeah

Food was fine and restaurant was clean, but the kid working the drive thru 11/4 4:30pm was too busy talking on his cell phone to get my order right. Girl working the counter inside was great and fixed it.

It’s a very long wait for someone to take an order. For some people who don’t understand how to order by computer it’s frustrating. Today, orders were not delivered to the table. An employee yelled extremely loudly the number of the order. There are no extra napkins available without waiting at the order area for someone to notice you are there. Frustrating…..

The best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time! The lady was delivered our food was great, she was friendly and professional. The food was delicious and fresh. I liked the modern black and red decor-very cool. I would recommend this restaurant, it was awesome, and we will be back! Thank you.

Lacking training on how to use the app at the store level.
They messed up my order using the code. Then the manager couldn’t fix it so I had to pay a higher price to get the same thing.
Manager either doesn’t have the authority or the knowledge to solve the problem.
Then on top of that they didn’t use the app even for my payment so I didn’t get points and had to pay directly.
What’s the point of having an app and asking me if I want to use it if the store clerk doesn’t know how to integrate with it?
