This is one of my favorite restaurants! Friendly staff, quick service, healty fast food. Large amounts of food. Mouthwatering food made with fresh ingredients. My favorite is the combo with shrimp and noodles. But the one with beef is delicious too. Affordable prices. Highly recommended!

Another Dissatisfied Customer!
Imagine spending your money buying a frozen dinner; that was my experience eating here. Simply stated- I am dissatisfied. The customer service was equally terrible. I would have to be dying of starvation to eat here again. Stay clear of this waste of space. There’s nothing decent to stay about this establishment.

They gave me maybe 7 shrimp and a couple ounces of steak for 15 smt is just crazy(ps your just paying for them to warm/cook up your meat)

Well. This is not how I expected Japanese food to taste like. Paid 9.50 for Beef Teriyaki. Was edible but was not tasty. Also the amount of beef was too small. Would not recommend eating at the Great Lakes in general.
Maybe the employees are not paid well. Maybe the chef developed poor recipes. I don’t know. But I feel quite disappointed. Quite expensive for what I got.

Had Tofu and mushroom with fried rice and steamed veggies. The food was fresh and had just been made because it was quite good. The tofu however didnt absord all the sauce that was poured over it so it tasted a little bland. But that aside the service was quick, rice was sides were served plenty in quantity and the steamed veggies were crunch munch☺️

Not edible. No seasoning. Teriyaki tastes like it is covered in mucus. This is part of the mall food court and should only be visited if everything else is closed and you are facing a medical emergency if you don’t eat food immediately. Please don’t eat here, ever. Zero stars.
Update: Have you ever eaten something and instantly thought you had food poisoning? That’s me right now. Can’t get the texture and the un-taste out of my mouth. Went and ate at Burger King and it still won’t go away. I’ve never eaten anything so horrible in my life.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT EVER EVER EAT HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got insanely sick. I had to pull over on the side of the road and i was sick. When i got home i had the worst food poisoning of my entire life for 2 days. When i tell you, do not ever eat here guys. Please, ever. This place seriously needs to be shut down.
