Tokyo House is one of our favorite places to eat! We absolutely love their sushi—it’s always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Their bento boxes are excellent, with generous portions and a great variety of items, and their appetizers are consistently delicious and well presented.
To top it all off, their crème brûlée is amazing and the perfect way to finish the meal. The quality of the food and the overall dining experience keep us coming back again and again. Highly recommend Tokyo House to anyone who enjoys great Japanese cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere.

This place is great! We got the teriyaki steak beef sticks, hibachi chicken and scallop, shrimp and veggie tempura, and a really nice fish tempura, and everything was delicious.
The chicken is so perfect, the texture in how it was cooked was nothing short of exquisite. Yes we’ve eaten at fancy places and this was better than most, for real. Plus for 20 dollars you get a real amount for 2 people to eat well, a lot of hibachi combos will give you just barely enough to eat for one. The amount of fried rice is often a big offender with the amount you get, but this was plenty.
The fish tempura was really great, very delicate in how it was cooked as well. The value overall for what we got at 45 dollars was pretty much as good as it gets, we can’t say that enough.
Plus on top of it all they helped us jump the battery in our car after we couldn’t start it when leaving, can’t get much better than that. Thanks guys, we will be back as soon as we can

Careful, appetizers and main order arrive all together! We could not get HOT water to make the tea. The young waitress rushed us the whole time. Steak & chicken meals were tasty and plentiful. My “to go” dessert was frozen solid.
It was so so, 4 people ran about $110.

The atmousphere is welcoming. Tables and bathrooms are clean. The lights are adequate for dinning. Room temperature is good for dining.
The service is good and you are not rushed. Very polite and hospitable.
The food wis well prepared. All dishes are served fresh and as they should be.
I like this sushi place more than the others in the Southeast Missouri area due to the fact the prices are more alligned to the food prepared. The quality and quantity of the food is not hindered by the price. In fact the food has a better taste than the higher sushi resteraunts in the area.
Dinner servings are well preportioned with the expectations of a dinner plate

Good food, great service, and solid prices. The Midwest can generate some high prices for sushi, but it’s really reasonable here, and if you don’t know what something on the menu is, they’re happy to explain.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Jackson. They dont have hibachi tables where they make it in front of you, but the food is exactly that. And its so good. They also have a really talented sushi team.

The food here was delicious, everything tasted fresh, the restaurant looked clean. Plenty of options for everyone on the menu. The staff were super friendly, one of the girls even bought our daughter a little toy from those quarter machines. Kid friendly, good for bringing a few friends. Sushi was good, and our not so sushi loving friend was happy with his non-sushi food too and said it was great. I’m going back for dinner today actually.

Service was good. Food was subpar. No flavor to the rice, the steak was chewy and just an off texture, unsatisfying. The chicken was okay…definitely tenderloin and not breast as the tendons were visible and put off my appetite. The “yum yum” sauce was straight mayonnaise. Overall not a place I will recommend or return to. The price does not equal the quality of food.

Very good food. Beware though. They close between 3 pm to 4:30 even though this site says they’re open.
