Casa del Taco, 1609 Concord St, Framingham, MA 01701, US

Great little Mexican restaurant in the Framingham/Saxonville area. We were around the area and decided to stop in for some good ol authentic Mexican cuisine.

We were seated and forgotten no one came over to offer us a drink. We saw one of the waitress prepping silverware just looking at us while she was singing and prepping her silverware. We were ready to leave after sitting there 15 minutes with no attention. Finally someone came over we got margaritas and apps. The margaritas were good our street corn was salty and too much line. I got carne asada which was also soo salty. My husband had the enchiladas they were mediocre at best. We paid our bill and decided to sit at the bar to have a drink. Again they all sat around talking and laughing no attention for like 15 minutes we were ready to walk out when someone came over. I asked if maybe the bar was closed. He stated no and took out drink order. We won’t be going back the drinks were good but the service and the food not so much. You have to try a place to know l guess. We won’t be going back: they need to pay attention to customers if they want to stay in business and actually make money.

The menu is very authentic with fresh ingredients, excellent service, and reasonable prices. I stayed to eat where there’s about three tables for patrons. It’s a small restaurant where many do take out. The non alcohol Pina Colada was one of the very best i ever had! Good parking located in back of the restaurant. The Saxonville Village with in Framingham is a quaint place. The service in front and in the kitchen are hard at work, worth the stop!

Veggie quesadillas were delicious! Their salsa on the side was soooo good. Seating is limited.

I have been all around the world and tried so many different cuisines but this restaurant is always on my mind no matter what corner of the earth i’m on!!! The BEST staff they’re so sweet and accommodating and always give 100/10 service. The food is phenomenal! I have been eating here basically since it opened and every single time it gets better and better! (Get an extra side of the verde salsa you won’t regret it). We have their food for family dinner so much because the portions are amazing and it easily feed 4-6 people! If you haven’t tried them yet you’re missing out. Best place ever!

Bland!

Burritos were disappointingly bland. Based on the reviews, I was expecting a lot more. We had an asada, al pastor, and tinga burrito, and all were indistinguishable from each other due to hardly any meat and seemingly 90% rice. They were quite large, so we didn’t go hungry, but this was sub-Anna’s and even sub-Chipotle level. Maybe this isn’t the place to visit for burritos. I was their first customer of the day, so it’s not like I was getting stuff that had been sitting around.

The guac and chips were good, but given the amount of chips, there should have been twice as much guac (or half the chips).

I don’t like throwing a little place like this under the bus, but it’s perplexing why they would be so blah tasting. I’m not even talking about making them mouth-burningly hot, just some level of zestiness.

I love this little place! The food and the staff are super awesome and friendly. Soooo much better than the saxonville burrito place.

My picky kids eat up the kids quesadillas without hesitation and the carnitas burrito with extra hots is just ‍

Don’t let the humble curb appeal fool you – this is one of the finest Taco purveyors in all of New England. Got the quesobirria taco trio (PHENOMENAL SAUCE), and a tinga, cocida, and birria taco. absolutely packed with flavor, reasonable prices, fresh flavors. Haven’t had food this good outside of Mexico.

Tortillas (soft corn) are uncommonly good, to match the artfully crafted fillings.

Only two or three tables for dine in, but we’ll be back every time we’re in Framingham.

Delicious, fresh, authentic tacos! They are also a great option for food allergic patrons. (We are egg, dairy, treenut, and peanut- allergic)

If you want authentic Mexican food, this is a must try for you! I ordered the Torta Al Pastor and it reminded me of food stands back in Guadalajara Mexico. The food my friends ordered looked amazing as well.

Over 10 choices of street style tacos made by this family run business that puts their heart into the seasonings and cooking for each of the meats they proudly prepare. Authentic Mexican food with an authentic experience is a genuine pleasure to find in the greater Boston area.
