Everyone has talked about the food, but I want to tell the way they serve the customers, the waitress work really well, especially the lady, unfortunately doesn’t know her name. She was fully passionate, cheerful, having ton of spirit, communicative, and fluent in English. Really love to come there again and be served by her! The boss has to appreciate her work.

Felt like some Asian food and the menu photos looked promising so we gave it a try. Patio was very comfortable(minus the cigarette fumes) and great to people watch along the beautiful street. Service was pretty slow overall. Took awhile to get our order taken, the complimentary salad we did get promptly though but after that we waited almost 30 mins for two bowls of ramen.
We ordered the gyokai tonkotsu and hakata style tonkotsu. They were the same soup base, unauthentic tasting and just bad overall. The chashu didn’t taste like traditional chashu and had a freezer burn taste. The noodles were a gummy texture and the bean sprouts were not fresh. They were brown so I picked them out and set them aside. They weren’t very busy but inside the revolving sushi belt was full of sushi. Makes you wonder how long it’s been sitting there if the ramen is that bad? We tried flagging down our server for the bill so we could pay and leave but she disappeared most of the time. We went inside to ask another staff for the bill and ready to pay cash but we were told we had to sit back down at our table. Odd how he couldn’t help us directly. So inefficient.

The interior looks amazing and fancy. Service was nice and friendly. The most disappointing thing is the food. Salmon and shrimp was not fresh, rice was a little bit dry, cream cheese gave the role really mushy and weird texture, but the grilled role was the best one we ate at there. Tokyo Sushi’s bowl was great, with fresh and flavorful ingredients. The drink, however, didn’t taste as good as expected. If you’re looking for a proper cocktail, it might be better to visit a dedicated bar. Despite this, the ambiance was pleasant, and the service was efficient and friendly, making it a good spot for a casual meal.

Dinner in Tokyo Sushi. The food were brought to our table quick after we placed the order. However, it took an hour for the pork ramen to come. The waitress said chefs were busy with take away order. We were not happy about that ☹️☹️☹️.
