I always have a lovely time at this restaurant. The service is phenomenal, the food is fresh, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I was very impressed with the lunch hibachi at Tokyo Steakhouse and Sushi Bar. The portion size was perfect—not too big and not too small—and I even had some leftovers to take home.

Our waitress was super kind and attentive, even though she was very busy. She gave us plenty of time to enjoy our meal and conversation without rushing us with the check, which I really appreciated because many places try to hurry you out.

The house soup was delicious, and the salad and vegetables were fresh and perfectly prepared. The chicken and steak were also very tasty and well cooked. The fried rice was a bit mediocre and didn’t really taste like traditional fried rice, but they give you plenty of white sauce, which definitely made up for it.

My mother’s steak initially came out incorrect since she ordered it well done, but they immediately fixed it with no issues, which showed great customer service. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be ordering takeout or coming back to dine in again.

We recently visited Tokyo Steakhouse. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived, but it looked clean and spacious. The sushi was decent, not bad, but nothing amazing either. Service was friendly, though a little on the slow side. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not particularly memorable.

Went by myself to enjoy some lunch (not sure why my receipt incorrectly says 2 guests, maybe that’s the minimum for their machine?). I saw that outside the restaurant there was a chalkboard that had a lunch special of two rolls for $12.95

I ordered the spider roll, which only came with 5 small pieces and the shrimp tempura roll which was good but also on the small side. Imagine my surprise when I see that I’m charged nearly $14 for two rolls. Most sushi places have a lunch special of three roles for that price. I’ve been eating sushi around central Florida for a decade now, and I can confidently tell you that there are many places that offer a better value for what you get.

I also didn’t appreciate that as soon as I finish my last bite, the card machine was shoved in my face to pay even though I hadn’t asked for a bill yet. It felt like I was being rushed out of there despite being in a fully empty restaurant. You can even see on the receipt the time it took to get my order and the time I paid which was less than 20 minutes.

Overall, nearly $30 for two rolls on “special” and a small hot sake is absolutely insane. Things are way too expensive to be so mid. Would not recommend, especially when Orlando has dozens of sushi places that offer a better value and quality.

We’ve been here a few times and have always had a great experience. The staff and servers are always friendly. The sushi is good and lots of choices. Just wish they had a full bar.

Wow! This is the BEST sushi I’ve had in years, a friend of mine wanted sushi so I searched up a place with great lunch specials and found this gem! The sushi was incredibly fresh and actually had stuff inside instead of mainly rice like other places! I will be recommending this place to anyone who asks and will definitely be coming here regularly! Outstanding job!

We stumbled upon this place looking for nearby options, we are so glad we did! The moment we walked in the smell of fresh cooked delicious food overwhelmed our senses. The staff was smiling and welcoming. Our order was To-Go but even after our 25 min drive home our food was hot and you could tell it was cooked fresh. It was so scrumptious, I can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend it.

My meal… $20.95 plus $4 for upgrade to filet mignon in my hibachi shrimp and steak combo dinner …. Included soup, salad, rice, noodles and veges…was it worth it.. oh yes!!! It was delicious! Husband loved the sushi too. And the shrimp tempura came with onion rings .. crispy, tasted great, and the portion was meal worthy. The service was top notch too. So glad we found this place! We’ll be back!

Delicious sushi yes, authentic Japanese udon and tempura, no. No udon soup on printed menu; they have it on the online menu and when we ordered it they said, hesitantly, “…We can make it.” There’s a reason for that. The udon broth had no flavor. Udon broth is supposed to be made with a special dashi including bonito. Mine was heavily influenced by the garlic sauce they put on the chicken topping. My daughter’s vegetable udon tasted more like maybe miso, she said. Honestly I couldn’t even taste miso in hers.

My husband and son-in-law were happy enough with their teriyaki and tempura bentos although honestly the tempura crunch wasn’t light enough to be authentic. Batter was too heavy. The teriyaki sauce was okay, different from the garlic sauce on my chicken.

Good California Roll. GREAT pricing on the bentos even for dinner! But maybe just get sushi here.

I’m Japanese tho and when I crave udon soup only the real deal will do. So far to get anything near that we have to go to Bento or order Nongshim udon online (that brand won a chef’s taste award in the early 2000s).

Still on the hunt for authentic Japanese udon soup in Orlando.
