Stopped here while walking around the downtown area on a Saturday. The breakfast bagel sandwiches were fantastic and the atmosphere inside is great. I’ve since gone back several times in the morning for a quick bite and an hour or two of work up in the loft area.

We were in town in vacation and before we left we stopped by this place to grab a bite, best decision we could’ve made. We bought two feta & spinach bagels with egg, cheese, and bacon. It was by far one of the best breakfast sandwich’s I’ve ever had. To top it off they gave me a bomb nitro cold brew that had been sipping for a very long time, quite phenomenal. Overall, a great place to stop at for breakfast.

Traveling through we stopped in for a quick bite before hitting the road again. Breakfast was wonderful, bagels are toasty with delicious creak cheese, the other pastries were delicious and large portions. Very satisfying.

I came here while on a road trip because I saw online that they offered gluten-free bagels and my family had already gotten their breakfast from a place that did not have options for me. When I got there, they said they were out of the gluten-free bagels. Bummer! However, the sweet person at the counter was able to make me a breakfast “sandwich” of egg, cheese, and ham on a bed of veggies, which I was very happy with! It’s hard getting fresh veggies on the road and it’s just what I needed. She was patient and helped me sort through what I could have safely. She changed her gloves while preparing my food and suggested items in the bakery section that I could safely eat. The lemon pie bar was delicious! Thank you for being so helpful and understanding! The interior of this place is so unique and gorgeous, as well. I will return if I’m ever back in that area.

We stumbled on City Bagels and Bakery by accident while we we out walking one morning. It was a cute little eclectic place, the bagel and pastry were good (the candied bacon was very good!) I was disappointed that a cute little place with a great atmosphere did not offer a friendly and welcoming team. We would go back, but probably not until after trying other locations.

This is now one of our favorite places to eat in Idaho Falls. We like to get a slice of candied bacon and add it to our bagel sandwiches. Trust me on this one, it’s amazing! The deserts are out of this world. Get there early on the weekend as items run out.
