I have been going here for quite some time now, and yesterday 2/11/26. Made a mistake on my end, called the store in hopes of getting it fixed. Spoke to the GM Chris, who very much gave me the best customer service I have had in quite a while especially at a food place. My food was great when I got it, only thing I wished I had was an extra ranch But just want to say thanks to the team that was working yesterday morning, keep up the amazing work!

Got a Family Meal of 50 bone in wings! The WINGS are large, meaty and excellent!! The Fries are made fresh, not frozen!!! There WINGS are HANDS DOWN some of the BEST!!!! This store is popular!!!!! Initial order was made wrong and they silently took the receipt when I came to correct it. The lemon pepper was underseasoned/watery, the boneless wings were smaller than usual/underdressed, and the corn was burnt 🙁

The food took longer than hour to be ready and when it was packed the food was cold, the fries have no seasons even thought I had paid for the extra seasoning and the wings barely had sauce. The kitchen staff was goofing off instead of working and the cashier was speaking to her earpiece and not paying attention to customers.

I absolutely love Wingstop’s flavors. When I go in and order in person it’s always good but every time I order delivery, without fail, they mess something up. Almost no wing sauce, wrong type of wings, wrong type of dip, wings miscounted…
If you value getting what you pay for don’t let these guys make your delivery. Apparently they can’t be bothered to give a crap if they can’t see your face.

I don’t know why we keep giving this particular location a chance to go to. Seems like the workers don’t care about quality. Lemon pepper tenders were saturated in oil and one tender looked like it came from the land before time. The parmesan fries were cold, limp, a spattering of parmesan and over salted. The boneless chicken wings were fragments of pieces of chicken, 1 wing was just a bit bigger than a quarter, etc. Yes I did attempt to eat it, after a 10hr day I was hungry…might have broken a tooth with 1of the lemon pepper tenders.
Come on guys you can do better than this. Take some pride in serving your customers.

I ordered online 3 hours prior to pickup. There were over 25 people waiting for their orders. Everyone was told that it was a 30-45 wait. I talked to the cashier an hour past my pick up time and she checked the order status, which was still not up on the current orders board. I finally cancelled and left.
