Probably the best sushi in Louisville, with plenty of options. They have more authentic, fresh options as well as deliciously deep fried things. My wife, who isn’t a fan of sushi, really likes their steak hibachi. We’ve always had great service here, and everyone’s really nice.

Tokyo is definitely one of our favorite restaurants. Their sushi options are amazing and have giant pieces of fish. If you’re a non-sushi person, I’d definitely recommend the bibimbap-delicious. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Their chef, Victor, always makes my daughter her own special sushi when she comes!

I think this is the is the BEST sushi in Louisville. Tokyo is locally owned and operated. I have pictures from years of going there. The food is fresh and the guys are great. Roberto and Victor work the sushi bar, which is where we always sit. My daughter loves to watch them make the rolls and they’re always so friendly. We love it here, you have to try the garlic edamame!!

Came in and sat down right away after being greeted. Our server Milton was incredibly nice and brought our drinks shortly after we asked. The appetizer Edamame grilled in soy sauce with garlic WAS AWESOME!! Had not seen that dish anywhere before. The chicken yakisobe was fantastic as well.. It was so good I forget to even get a picture! We also have the Sunset, and the Playboy rolls which were fresh and delicious!
