This place offers amazing value for the price and outstanding quality.
It’s a perfect spot for family dining, and I truly enjoyed a delicious meal with my 6-year-old son.
Thanks to the friendly staff and their detailed explanations, we were able to dine comfortably and feel well taken care of.
Parking is very convenient with a spacious lot.
The environment is very family-friendly, with a large hall that makes it easy to move around with a wheelchair or stroller.
The unlimited service was absolutely delightful, and even the final ice cream service was included — a perfect ending to the meal.
Everything from start to finish was excellent.
I will definitely visit this place again.

The food is great. Their combination plates are delicious with many combinations to choose from. They have been here a long time since the 80s when we started eating here and they never disappoint. That long a time in servise shows they provide a good delicious meal.

Extremely large portion sizes here. I’m a big guy and I couldn’t finish my Chicken/Beef Teriyaki plate. The beef teriyaki here is some of the best I’ve had in ages; tender and flavorful. Amazing miso soup, too. Salty but not too salty.
The lighting and decor inside leaves some to be desired, as it is very bright. Didn’t detract hugely from the experience but I wouldn’t have minded a bit more visual flair here or there.
All in all, great service and great food. I will be returning here very soon, no doubt!

Service had some opportunities on a Monday around noon. Food was good! Ordered octopus Nigiri and dragon roll (imitation crab roll topped with broiled eel).

Great service, friendly staff. It’s a childhood favorite of mine and has gone through changes. Pretty good value still with big portions that justify the new prices. Maybe it was the time of day I went but the fish was not as fresh as I remembered. The cooked items were as good as I remember. We had two bento boxes with sashimi, chicken, salmon and tempura and hand rolls. Would go back again for the nostalgia and for the cooked items.

This restaurant is the go-to for our family dinners and celebrations. They used to have a location in San Gabriel but have since closed. We are lucky we still have this location to go to.
The teriyaki chicken is the best I have ever tasted. My family likes to order the sauce and put it on rice.
They also have a small dessert menu but it’s a good one! Try their fried ice cream!

I got the combo of chicken teriyaki + tempura + sushi. Their sushi is fresh and definitely worth to eat here! The price is super reasonable and their portions never changed! They do have lunch specials so do call in to ask if you want to try it out. The interior is clean and the staffs were so nice. I usually place a phone order, so I walk in and they have you pay. Usually within 5 min, you’ll get your order! It’s pretty quick!

This place used to be great, for years and years.
Now with some corporate run shop. They got rid of all the fun decor and made it plain like cracker barrel was trying to. The food got much worse as well. Bummer. Glad I was able to get to the real Tokyo lobby the last few times before this place took over the name.
