This place has an identity crisis. Steampunk decorations, bad poppy/jazz music, less than tasty food. I got the General Joe’s noodle bowl. There was zero flavor. It tasted like coconut water broth mixed with a bit of dish water.

Spicy Tuna roll was by far the most atrocious food I’ve had in recent times. The rice felt like sandpaper and was obviously old. putting soy sauce did very little to enhance it. Even King Soopers has better sushi. I’ll never patronize this location again!!!

Food is healthy but mediocre tasting. Sushi rice is too mushy and salmon is quite dry.

Healthy affordable filling tasty meals is the gist of the menu. It’s a pity the Boulder location closed. But it’s worth the drive to Louisville to enjoy some good quick food.

My friend and I had a very pleasant experience. Our chef Martin was very knowledgeable and kind. He made one of the best dumplings. Our food was great. Thanks to everyone at this Tokyo Bowl.

The poke bowl was okay. Weird to serve warm (and hardly sticky) rice with poke. Should be chilled. Also sauce was watery. I’ve been looking for a good poke place near by but I don’t think this is it!

Took longer than normal, the wait time was about 25 minutes. Everything was correct except the soy sauce. When ordering Gluten free you would think the whole order would be Gluten free.

It wasn’t bad… but it definitely wasn’t great… For sushi I should have went across the parking lot to Hanas or tried sushi yoshi across the highway. The staff were cool… but nothing great…

Good fast casual Asian food — the bowls and the sushi are all pretty good. It can take 10-15 minutes after you order, so if you want to grab & go, use the app or call ahead.

This location is always hit or miss. Today was a total miss. We always choose to order online since the wait is always ridiculous. This place seems to be ran by teenagers.
