I placed a mobile order for here and when I arrived to pick up, I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food. They only had 2 teenagers working in there that were new and bickered the whole time and didn’t know what they were doing. I got two orders of the teriyaki chicken and steak with fried rice and an order of egg rolls. The egg rolls were still FROZEN, our food was luke warm, and the steak was MUSHY and UNDERCOOKED. The fried rice wasn’t even fried rice. It was just white rice mixed with a little soy sauce and served. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. “Under new management” is laughable.

DO NOT EAT HERE! they do not clean their grill between the cooking. They cross contaminate the utensils between the meats. After they cook the food they do not use clean pans to put it in but put it into the dirty one off of the steam table. When I noticed all this, they have not started making my food and I quietly ask for a refund which they refused. Then the manager said they would remake it fresh and I still got the food off the steam table. NOT FRESH OFF TH GRILL. I ask for the managers or the owner or the Corperate number to voice a concern of the way the food is processed and the cross contamination of the chicken and other foods the dirty pans and they gave me the “store” number which no one answers anyway. You have been warned this place is going to poison someone between the filth and the improper handling of the food. I threw it away. I do not want to get food poisoning or any other gastric issue from this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I ordered steak and chicken. I was given one white sauce and had to pay almost 1.00 for a second. When I got home, my plate didn’t have any veggies and my meat was undercooked. I lived too far away to return the food. I won’t be returning to this location ever again.

The girl was nice welcoming to the store and taking my order. However, the food was not fresh at all. My plate is given to me within 120 seconds which is two minutes that let me know my food was not fresh. It Was just sitting on the warmer and when given the food, it was not even warm. I wanted to take my plate back and get it refund, but I did not want to cause any confrontation so I just left.

My kids usually love this place for quick hibachi. We haven’t been in over a year and today we went and there was mold floating in my drink. I went and inspected the ice dispenser and it was caked in black mold. I told the lady at the front and she said “oh yeah that’s why I don’t touch it or use it.” So she knew it was that way and nothing has been done about it?? Shrimp also had a fishy taste. Praying we don’t get sick!

The food here used to be good but something has changed. After getting home with takeout, I found the steak to be inedible. It was way undercooked with a weird texture (and not because it was rated). The chicken was fine, but I was scared to eat it because of the steak.

This place completely fell off. The fried rice wasn’t fried & I received 8 pieces of shrimp for an adult shrimp entree. It’s the closest hibachi place to me but Miyabi Jr in Lexington is way better, fresher and professional. I wouldn’t waste my money here again, I rather drive across town.
Update: We called the same day for a refund or made over plate and the manager wasn’t in. Called the next day and spoke with the manager who was upset that we didn’t like the quality of our food and was even more upset they had to remake the whole plate. (Provided pictures and a receipt) Didn’t provide us the yum yum sauce after being asked. Will never spend money here again, ONCE AGAIN. New management needed.

I visited this location this evening and I ordered a miso soup and 1 drink. I waited 40 mins for 1 cup of soup. They took all of the DoorDash orders and customers who came after me which I didn’t understand. I was unpleased with my experience here. I won’t be going back.

My fiance and I go here at least once a week. Our weekly trip isn’t just for the food. The service, which is pretty much handled by one man is awesome. Great food, perfect service. I give it 10 stars.

Very disappointed. Ordered shrimp hibachi. The rice and shrimp had a burnt taste. I checked it before I left and it LOOKED fine. Until you actually took a bite. The only thing that was decent was the veggies. But there were no carrots or mushrooms.
